The gentlemen that came out to premeasure my double oven replacement were friendly and patient with me. They had to pull out my existing oven and make their own "behind the scenes" measurements. What a great idea Best Buy! I knew my subsequent installation would go on flawlessly and it did!

Geek Squad measured my current cutout for a new cooktop. What an excellent service provided by Best Buy. I didn’t have to guess what size to order or risk pulling my old cooktop out to measure. As always, the Geek Squad employee was in time, friendly and efficient.

The guys that came to do the measurements were courteous, clean and quick! They even cleaned off the build up I had under the trim of the stove top.

I wasn't sure of the exact dimensions of my current wall oven. But because it was such an old unit, I was concerned about the new one fitting perfectly. The guy came out to measure was very professional and was out of my hair in minutes with the measurements he needed!

I have been looking for a microwave to replace an old, built-in Maytag microwave since November. Best Buy recommended a Whirlpool but could not find a Trim Kit for more than two weeks. Finally, a very capable and knowledgeable salesperson found me a GE model that has the exactly same measures and cutouts. Despite my frustration and unpleasant experience with the designer and a couple of salespersons who ordered me the wrong trim kit, I am happy with this GE product. However, the trim is plastic, not as nice as my old metal trim. I recommend the product but not Best Bay's service.

Our installers were great. Very professional and knowledgeable . They were very polite and offered great suggestions for our installation. We asked that they be the same crew to install our appliances as we really liked them. They were very respectful and very nice gentlemen.

My cooktop needs replacing. An appliance site survey was recommended. Dom, the surveyor, sent in plumbers from over 60 miles away to measure. The order is marked complete. I have not gotten any measurements nor has Dom followed up to complete the survey. I have not gotten any responses to my texts. To add insult to injury, the cost of the cooktop that I was looking at has increased $200 since this process started.

The person who preformed our pre-installation site survey and measurements was courteous, accurate, and efficient.
