The person that came to the house for the onsite survey, was on-time and very helpful in regards to what we should and shouldn't do.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. The time frame for the appliance measuring window is 12 hours!! The night before I received a call stating I would be called within the 12 hours with a 30 minute call. They showed up on my front porch without the promised 30 minute call. They would not comply with their commitment of giving me the 30 minute notice. They just left . No one from Best Buy was interested in rescheduling. I guess they do not need my business. I had looked at and was planning to order 3 large appliances and one small. I was very disappointed with Best Buy.

Dexter and his crew were great. They installed my new dishwasher and fixed my water and drain lines explaining everything they were doing. Very helpful and conscientious. I hope they return to install my new range.

Installation was done professionally. I would have liked for the product to have been opened in my house to ensure I was getting everything in the box in lieu of in the delivery truck.

This is for a site survey for my upcoming washer and dryer installation. It hasn’t happened yet but so far the communication with the advisor to set up the appointment has been very smooth.

This is a great free service to ensure you are measuring your appliance space correctly. They came to our home, measured for our new appliances and discussed some suggestions for improvements with us.

Technicians were on time. ,took there shoes off before coming in and put on protective footwear. Cleaned the area after installing the cooktop and took all the debris with them. They were very courteous and friendly.

The site surveyor did an excellent job measuring the spaces and letting us know what additional items we needed to have onsite for the installers. We are very pleased.

The man who installed the microwave was excellent and I would give him a gold star. The survey man ahead of time did not get the complexity of the installation.
