The gentleman who arrived at my home was friendly, courteous and measured my existing stove so I would not have to face any issues when the Best Buy delivery team comes with my new cooktop.

I can’t believe how nice my new stovetop Jenn Air is . Not only is it beautiful , it gets really hot fast , it is very easy to clean , Every gadget on this Stovetop is exceptional.

Helpful serviceman. Problem solved! Ice had bad taste but serviceman said to run the water inlet for several buckets of water and that worked. Ice tastes great

I brought a 75 inch Sony tv, I was anxiously waiting for the arrival of my tv and did not come at the expected time scheduled for Best Buy , when I called them that’s when I found out that the tv was late , I did not received any email or notification from them explaining the delayed of the item , it delayed a week and I was offered a 160 dollar gift card that upon this day I have not received this was in April of 2023 and still no signs of gift card , this is a sad situation because I thought this company was more reliable and responsible and the results are that I will not be buying a single thing from them ever again due to their irresponsibility amd false promises.

We were very pleased with the installation installer and his helpful advice to have the shut-off valves replaced.

Jarrod Rego was wonderful ! He came out and was very professional and helpful . He even went above and beyond and went with me to the store when they sold me the incorrect product. Highly recommend a site survey.

Not what I expected. This was just a courtesy site view to see if the items we were going to purchase would work. I think it would have been better to send a licensed contractor who could actually perform the work that may have been needed to get a better idea for the install and approximate idea of what the job would cost. Honestly it was a waste of our time.

Nice man, focused and quick. You need to stop requiring certain volumes of input or responses to questions. Take the 5 stars and be happy.

Very disappointed with the experience. This as a complete of my time. The technician conveyed they they would install the outlet needed for the oven. When I went to the store to purchase the item the store manager didn’t know what I was talking about and shared she would have someone give me a call. Guess what - no follow-up was given to me. And as a result I was not able to buy the oven I had my heart on to purchase. No one bothered to call me or follow up. I guess Best Buy doesn’t care about me as a customer or wants my business. Worst experience ever. I even went to the actual store to get answers and they had the nerve to ask me to pay for the item and work out the details later. Money grab.
