We appreciated the measurement that was done in our home for a future purchase.

First of all, 2 gentlemen came to our home to measure to make sure the stove top we chose would fit. I placed the order and within a few days, it was delivered in great shape. We love cooking with gas, and this stove top makes it SO easy.

I purchased an LG dishwasher from Best Buy. They are punctual, efficient, quality products and much much more! I am thrilled with my product and extremely satisfied with the way Best Buy treats their customers!

Nathan was the absolute best for the preinstall survey and keeping me in touch with schedule changes and notifications. He was very responsive in a timely manner.

I brought a 75 inch Sony tv, I was anxiously waiting for the arrival of my tv and did not come at the expected time scheduled for Best Buy , when I called them that’s when I found out that the tv was late , I did not received any email or notification from them explaining the delayed of the item , it delayed a week and I was offered a 160 dollar gift card that upon this day I have not received this was in April of 2023 and still no signs of gift card , this is a sad situation because I thought this company was more reliable and responsible and the results are that I will not be buying a single thing from them ever again due to their irresponsibility amd false promises.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. The time frame for the appliance measuring window is 12 hours!! The night before I received a call stating I would be called within the 12 hours with a 30 minute call. They showed up on my front porch without the promised 30 minute call. They would not comply with their commitment of giving me the 30 minute notice. They just left . No one from Best Buy was interested in rescheduling. I guess they do not need my business. I had looked at and was planning to order 3 large appliances and one small. I was very disappointed with Best Buy.

We were very pleased with the installation installer and his helpful advice to have the shut-off valves replaced.

We wanted to upgrade our TVs. Best Buy came out and surveyed not only our TV needs but also made recommendations on improvements to our home network. We followed their recommendations and have been pleased with the results.

Very disappointed with the experience. This as a complete of my time. The technician conveyed they they would install the outlet needed for the oven. When I went to the store to purchase the item the store manager didn’t know what I was talking about and shared she would have someone give me a call. Guess what - no follow-up was given to me. And as a result I was not able to buy the oven I had my heart on to purchase. No one bothered to call me or follow up. I guess Best Buy doesn’t care about me as a customer or wants my business. Worst experience ever. I even went to the actual store to get answers and they had the nerve to ask me to pay for the item and work out the details later. Money grab.
