I would give less than 1 star if I could. The time frame for the appliance measuring window is 12 hours!! The night before I received a call stating I would be called within the 12 hours with a 30 minute call. They showed up on my front porch without the promised 30 minute call. They would not comply with their commitment of giving me the 30 minute notice. They just left . No one from Best Buy was interested in rescheduling. I guess they do not need my business. I had looked at and was planning to order 3 large appliances and one small. I was very disappointed with Best Buy.

Very disappointed with the experience. This as a complete of my time. The technician conveyed they they would install the outlet needed for the oven. When I went to the store to purchase the item the store manager didn’t know what I was talking about and shared she would have someone give me a call. Guess what - no follow-up was given to me. And as a result I was not able to buy the oven I had my heart on to purchase. No one bothered to call me or follow up. I guess Best Buy doesn’t care about me as a customer or wants my business. Worst experience ever. I even went to the actual store to get answers and they had the nerve to ask me to pay for the item and work out the details later. Money grab.

Team was pleasant to talk to, focused on the job, completed job in timely manner, wore their mask for protection. Very pleased. When delivery of oven came the gas line was no problem at all!!

The service from purchase to installation was fantastic

The technician was very nice. He took the measurements of the spaces and then compared them to the specs of the appliances we wanted. Very easy and straightforward.

Love the appliance but Geek squad no good. They could not and did not answer my questions or concerns

My cooktop needs replacing. An appliance site survey was recommended. Dom, the surveyor, sent in plumbers from over 60 miles away to measure. The order is marked complete. I have not gotten any measurements nor has Dom followed up to complete the survey. I have not gotten any responses to my texts. To add insult to injury, the cost of the cooktop that I was looking at has increased $200 since this process started.

Best Buy offered this free, and even though I'd made my own measurements and was pretty sure, this erased all doubts. And, I figured if things did go sideways, the fault wouldn't all be laid at my feet. No trepidation.

Needed help finding out exactly what size washer dryer would fit in my laundry room. The guys came on time and were very helpful. I am very pleased with this free service.

It was complementary, and they were super helpful because even though you measure stuff yourself they give good advice you might not have thought of.

Measurements for new appliances were done by a representative from the installer. Professional and quick and now I'm confident that my new appliances will fit perfectly.

The two Gentlemen who did the survey were wonderful. They were professional and friendly and knowledgeable .

Luciano the technician was very thorough, respectful and polite. He called before coming home and then when he got on his way. I appreciate all that.
