Super happy to have this service. I had a wall oven replaced and its location in my kitchen created challenges that needed to be addressed by people with experience.

It looks like a bigger refrigerator but it seems my old one held more food. The ice comes out as cubed and crushed on the cubed setting so I have to always give a warning when I give company a cup with ice in it.

Best Buy offered this free, and even though I'd made my own measurements and was pretty sure, this erased all doubts. And, I figured if things did go sideways, the fault wouldn't all be laid at my feet. No trepidation.

Ok i guess. Went with Bestbuy because the service is cheaper than others. Suspect service though.

They came in , measured, and described the installation.They also reviewed the power requirements. I have confidence that the installation will go well.

The two gentle that did site survey were extremely polite and ver professional.

The site survey guy was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

This review concerns the pre-installation visit only. Contractor arrived after the scheduled 6 hour window. He told me that the cost for the work would be approx. $300. When I said that I had a much lower estimate from the Best Buy team, he told me that "they don't know what they're talking about ". He didn't give me a copy of his report. He let me take a photo of it when I asked him. He showed no interest in anything except quickly taking measurements and leaving. I told the Best Buy store manager about my experience and asked him to make sure that person is not involved in the installation. The Best Buy contact, Taj, has been very responsive. The lack of communication between Best Buy and their contractors is disappointing.

The person did an excellent job and answered all of my questions. When the appliance finally came in and installed everything worked out as planned!! Happy camper so far!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Best Buy sent someone to measure to make sure our new cooktop fit as a replacement for our existing cooktop. The gentleman measured and assured us there would be no issue. When the installers came, they told us the gentleman who did the measurements had no idea what he was doing and proceeded to cut our countertop to make the cooktop fit, and we lost the spice drawer under the cooktop. To make matters worse, the installers charged us an extra $80 because of the additional labor they had to perform. Not sure this could have been a more useless experience.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job getting my Sonos speakers operating properly again.

Provided that did the measurements prior to our dishwasher installment was professional and friendly. We would recommend this gentleman to anyone.

The team was friendly and efficient. I was told I would get a call 30 minutes before their arrival. This did not happen. Best Buy had not given them the specs for the oven I bought — seriously, why not? Then, I don’t know who at Geek is responsible for forwarding the team’s measurements to Best Buy, but I heard nothing from BB for 2 weeks, which seems excessive. None of this has met my expectations so far.

Did not use this service..(not needed) but it would have ben as good as all other BB services!

The gentlemen were very professional. The wore protective masks and protective 'booties' on their feet. They took all the measurements needed to retro-fit my new oven.
