First team sent by Best Buy said installation couldn't happen. Best Buy sent an outside contractor who said he could do all of the cuts needed and he did a fantastic job. Everything fit well.

Review of the pre-measure only. Team proceeded to pull out my wall oven to measure the opening. They used dimensions on the BB website, not those of the make and model of the purchased item. (Dimensions were different and led to a complicated process.) When replacing my oven, it was not centered properly, I asked it to be fixed. They said it was right. When measuring another area, the person writing down dimensions, placed his arm/hand on a painted wall. He did remove it when asked. Overall, I felt they were disrespectful of me and my home. DEFINITELY use the dimensions of the make and model purchased, not BB.

The 3rd party installer was very helpful in going over options for an oven microwave combo or installing each component separately.

We received a reminder, they arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and gave us unofficial results along with wat to expect next. Job well done.

The measuring team called to say they would be a little late which was nice. The results which I obtained from sales at Best Buy seemed inadequate, the pricing for installation was very high, so I decided to cancel the cooktop order as I did not feel that I had adequate information. I do not think this was a Geek Squad team but a third party contractor who went out of their way to make sure I knew they did not work for Best Buy.

The gentleman came to my home and measured the space for the appliance and left. I haven't received any information from the store to explain what the next step is for purchasing the appliances. I went to the store and no one in the store/Applicance Dept had any information regarding the site survey.

The two person team was very thorough, helpful, and professional. They gave us all the information we need to be ready for the install.

It will not be completed till next week. I hope so.

The contractor Guy that comes out. He is very knowledgeable and helpful! Always have a good answer if doesn’t know he will always call to find out the right answer! Awesome service

Pleased but wonder about sound of slow dow and pick back up

Vince Manley of AIC was very professional and experienced, helping me catch a mistake in my measuring/ ordering and correct it in time.

This has nothing to do with the 2 gentleman who came to our house (Ned and Camilo). They did their best to help us. But they were appliance installers and we had requested someone to advise us on what we needed for a new TV. We were told at the Plymouth Meeting store that the person we were talking to would come to our house for free. When we called to make an appt. he said he did not do that and we had to call Geek Squad . We scheduled the appointment but it had to be cancelled and rescheduled. When Ned and Camilo came out they had no idea what the appointment was for because they were appliance installers. Ned got someone on the phone to help us which we appreciated. But we are very disappointed with the lack of communication in this matter. Because of this we are considering not buying our TV from Best Buy.

Best Buy has a free service for an expert to come out and measure my space for a new refrigerator. I was afraid to purchase a larger refrig but he put me at ease so I was able to purchase the exact model I wanted.

The best I’ve ever had from a company and I highly recommend this part of the service to avoid mistakes.
