Best Buy - Difficult

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The team that was sent to measure the space for my new stovetop and new oven was fired by Best Buy, but Best Buy did not send someone else resulting in the appliances not being installed in a timely manner. This was exasperated by the fact that I could not talk to anyone at the store where I made the purchase. Talking to Ai was frustrating and useless. Humans whom I spoke to were also a waste of time. I ended up traveling an hour back to the store to speak to someone.
