Really need to clean up the measurement service

No consideration at all for us or our work schedules and needs. He knew nothing at all about why he was here. He did not call to say he was late. We called the number multiple times and they could not reach him -- turns out this was a third party service. Poor, terrible service.

Unbelievable Poor Service!

When the appointment was set we asked for my range, oven and dishwasher to be measured to replace all three. When the service guy arrived he said he only had an order for our range and not the other two. Therefore, in order to get the measurements to replace the other two items we would have to go through the same process waiting from 7 am - 7 pm. Absolutely unbelievable when they were already at my house. Best Buy you certainly missed your chance with us!

Geek Squad saved me money

He clarified the building code for over the oven microwave clearances. Turned out that we will not need to move our cabinets after all.

Appliance assessment

I think I’ll go somewhere else. Very disappointed. Moreover, nobody showed on the first appointment date and I had to contact Best Buy again to reschedule.
