I had to have few washes before I could write a review as my plates were making clicking sounds. I did not know how to load it, circular behind the huge square plates did the trick.

I have been trying to get measurements for a refrigerator by Best Buy since December 2021. I have had multiple “appointments.” The first time, Caroline called to reschedule. I agreed, she never came. The second guy, came and said Best Buy assigned the wrong rep. Another appointment was scheduled, and I have yet to receive a call about any measurements. Why is it this hard to get Best Buy employees to do their job, so I can GIVE them MY money for THEIR product??? Yet all my appointments are marked in the system as “complete.” Imagine that…

4 appointments were made, 4x the geek squad didn't show up. Numerous phone calls made during each appointment requesting information about arrival of site survey person. EVERY TIME I called I was told affirmatively that the site survey person would DEFINITELY BE THERE. I'm disgusted with Best Buy's out of store workers and subcontractors. After the 4 time I went to store ready to cancel my $5K order for appliances. The manager set up another appoint but with someone that worked directly for their store. That gentleman showed up at the time on the specified day.

The Best Buy team has always taken care of me and they didn’t disappoint this time.

So helpful for professionals to come out and double check everything for measurements.

Pre-measure service was pretty simple and in a timely manner.

Best Buy changed appt for April 8 to April 10. No one called or showed up Monday April 10. Rep at store left message Thursday asking how appt went. Few days later a woman from Best Buy called and I explained what happened and said because of unreliability we did not want to do anything further with Best Buy installers. Less than an hour later I was getting emails about an appt for April 22. Appt made against our wishes, without consulting us, and for a day when we would be out of town. I had to call and cancel it.

It's always a great idea to eliminate any surprises before the delivery folks show up with a truckload of appliances. They do a great job evaluating all the areas involved.

The guys who came out to measure for our appliances were polite and let me know what I was going to need to make my new appliance transition seamless
