Very sketchy guys that came in. They did not work for best buy. The appeared to be hopped up on something or wired. Worse they didn't even give best buy the dimensions for the pre-measure and 2 weeks later I'm still trying to purchase a dish washer that fits. Very poor service.

Need service on a washing machine that was making funny noises, they had prompt service and fixed the problem in no time. Very courteous and professional!

I didn't have a great experience with the Site Survey for our new wall oven. The surveyors didn't seem to have the information about the oven that we ordered, and when they got it from me, they told me that I needed to cut the hole for the new oven a 1/2" wider. Fine. But, they said it would be a $75 charge per cut for the installers to do this. And, they said there would be an additional $150 charge for the electrical wiring to be redone. I'm wondering what the Installation Fee even covers at this point. In the end, I did the cuts myself in order to save $150. When the oven installers actually came, they did not charge the $150 electrical fee, and they actually helped me to install a new breaker. The Site Survey did not notice that the new oven required a 40 amp breaker, but we only had a 30 amp breaker for the old oven. The installers went above and beyond. The Site Survey - not so much.

Installers were friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to save me money by checkin product dimensions first for fit and wiring location.

This was a pre-measure for an oven. They came out on time and were able to pull the current oven out of the wall and measure the space.

Poor service. Pre-install surveyor came to evaluate a fridge install five days before actual appliance was to be installed. The representative took five minutes to look at the site and okayed for install. Five days later when the installation was to take place the installer noticed the site was too big for the install and needed to be fixed. I had to get the site fixed by my contractor which delayed everything for over a week. What’s the point of a pre-install survey if the person doesn’t know how to do their job?

The sale person was very nice and very helpful curious and hello me to fine for what I was looking!The store was very organized and clean!
