This was a third party service and I hope Best Buy stops using them as contractors.
The arrival window was 3:30pm - 7:30pm, July 21st. At 1:14pm (before the arrival window), I get a text and email saying the agent is on the way and will be there at 1:25pm. I rush over and nobody shows up and then my dashboard updates and it say that the service was completed successfully, which was not the case. I called and texted the numbers provide to me several times, with no answer.

Ordered a full kitchen of high-end appliances on July 14. When I purchased them they were all “in stock” and were paid for in full. They were scheduled to be delivered the first week of the following month. When the truck arrived, neither the refrigerator or the oven were in the delivery. The driver’ bill of laden said back=ordered. No phone call or excuse.
When I called the store I was told it they may be able to locate units, but because of the Covid it may take up to two months to receive them. Calls to SubZero Wolf were not terribly helpful. A week later I received the refrigerator and a week after that I am expecting the oven.
While the experience has been extremely stressful, I never felt that the store understood my frustration.

My vent a hood came in damaged 3-9-19. The installer notified Best Buy at that time. I followed up with a call. I was told it would be delivered and installed 3-14-19. I was to be ready between 7am-1pm. No one ever showed. I had called the previous night and was told they would del the following morning. I called best buy at 10 am the 14th--they said it was not coming because they did not have the replacement vent a hood. After numerous calls they rescheduled. Apparently no one ever remembered to order the vent a hood, just arrange for installation. The new ge refrig went out the 15th and I had the 3 yr service contract with best buy/geek squad. Still, they would not do anything till the 19th. Best buy did not even have anyone that could speak with me on ph to see if there was something I could do to fix the refrig.

Maybe some crews are better than others. The men sent out to measure my location to install the new cooktop i had bought were, in a word, worthless. They did not measure the existing cutout to make sure the new one would fit; and, they failed to advise me that I needed to have an electrician come out to install a 110V line (the old system was electric and had a 220 V line present. Thus, at the end of the installation, the men who came told me to "get an extension cord" so the cooktop could be used until an electrician could come out to switch the electricity over to 110V. That would have been something useful for the sales person at the store to tell me or for the site survey/pre-measure guys to advise.
