Bad Measurements

I planned to buy an oven from Best Buy but the measurements I was provided did not align with any ovens Best Buy sold. I was then forced to place an order with another company who had ovens that matched the provided dimensions. When that oven was delivered the error was discovered and the install did not take place leaving me with an oven for thanksgiving and having to pay a restocking of 600.00 due to their error.

Horrible installation service

The guys who measured our cabinet for the installation of the double oven said that they could do the cutting necessary to install the appliance. However, despite multiple phone calls and emails those two men were not assigned to the installation. Instead, a two man team from Tulsa arrived without the tools necessary to install the unit. They did not know about the previous report from the men who measured the space. I returned the appliance and bought from another store. Your installation service is horrible.
