    It has been a nightmare of an installation from the set up, drop off and everything else in between, At this time I have my stove and the other item in the entry way of my home, not installed at this time. The appointment times were wrong. The site inspection did not detect any problem, but when the delivery came, problems with the gas line. 2 appointments, wrong times and no installation. 2 days given to the delivery and installation and it didn't happen. A total waste of my time, not to mention phone calls of appointment times which were wrong. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Just totally messed up.
