My new ceramic cooktop with down draft is easy and efficient to use, easy to clean, and it looks beautiful. Couldn't ask for more than that!

The site surveyors, most likely working from inaccurate or misleading product dimensions, failed to identify a front door clearance issue. The product depth dimension was stated as 29.7”, but that is the depth WITHOUT DOORS. Adding on the doors increases the depth by about 5 inches, cutting things VERY CLOSE for fitting through a standard 36” (nominal width) front door. We will need to take down our storm door to ensure sufficient clearance for the fridge to get through. The delivery crew was unable to remove the left side door, due to a water line connection they were untrained to deal with.

The installers were professional and courteous . They were very careful not to bump into walls . They wore masks which we requested as a member of our household is a cancer patient . Highly recommended THOZ GUYS INSTALLATION

Insignia refrigerator: I like the larger storage space of refrigerator, food is much more accessible; more storage space on door; also like having freezer drawer(s) on lower part of refrigerator. Runs very quietly. Very good price for this much refrigerator space.

The set of people to measure the area the appliance was going , ended up measuring wrong. The installer informed me of this and gave me options. With this amazing knowledge of the item, he was able to get it installed the next day and without any hassle. The best service.

I love this oven. I can air fry in both ovens at the same time. Nice design, beautiful inside.

Extremely disappointed with Best Buy’s in-home service. I scheduled an appointment and made time in my day, but no one ever showed up. No call, no update, no explanation. I waited for hours and ended up having to follow up myself, only to be told I would need to reschedule. This is completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. If you can’t rely on a service to even show up, what’s the point? I expected more from a company like Best Buy, but this experience has definitely made me rethink using them for any future services.

The two pros were very respectful of the house, and was in and out quickly! They knew their stuff; which gave me confidence for the actual install when it happens in two weeks.

Installers were very careful with removing the old cooktop and installing the new cooktop. Clean-up was great.

I wanted to purchase an LG french door refrigerator but wasn't sure it would fit through my front door, dining room door & into the designated spot. I almost gave up but realized I could request an Appliance Site Survey/Pre-measure. The Best Buy staff came to measure & advised that the refrigerator would be able to fit! I was very happy & it was delivered a couple of days ago.

The crew showed up on time, were very courteous and professional. The got all the measurements and confirmed the next steps.

The measured and said it should be a simple, no extra cost install. At the time, I pointed out that I had a 30 amp breaker and the new one required a 40 amp. They seemed not to see that as an issue. Luck I checked and I needed to up to a 40 amp and up the wiring from #10 to #8. They should have checked this! The oven did fit w little issues.

This new counter depth Samsung refrigerator holds just as much as our previous Samsung refrigerator did. We love the middle drawer for can drinks and quick access.
