Maurice did an excellent job measuring every nook and corner for the installation and advisedly was to remove the obstacles.

Let see. I purchased a dishwasher was in back order wait almost a month, set up first appointment they came too early , second appointment again came early , thirs appointment was canceled and the delivery company was calling me for installation, what a mes , what a nightmare, maybe my last purchased in best buy !

This was a waste of time - they measured, but never told us the results. When the delivery guys came two days later, we found out that the oven was too big by about 1/4 of an inch and I had to take a saws-all to the cabinet. Then we found out that the electrical junction box was located in a place where the wiring on the oven would not reach. The delivery guys weren't able to complete the install and I had to pay another contractor to come out and do the job right. It would only have worked if the site survey crew also did the haul away. Then we would have known in advance what was needed.

This service was a complete wast of time. The person had to come twice which tied my day up twice. This was because it wasn’t handled correctly the first time measurement was lost. Basically the same as first time the measurement was lost and when I called to get an alternative refrigerator that would fit my space no one could help at Best Buy. I will never use or recommend this useless service again

The original pre-measure was way off. When appliances were delivered, the refrigerator didn't fit and there were other miscommunication issues. Ultimately they came out again (no cost) and remeasured acknowledging they had messed up. It was a long painful experience.

Schedule a measurement a week out Took off from work, nobody showed Called and was hung up on twice Third rep said she’d call me back and didn’t Service person said they were 10m away (4hrs late) Didn’t show and called him back and said its canceled Called CS a fourth time and they said they had no info Still ordered a $1500+ appliance and no follow-up :-)
