Report On A Completely Disgraceful Experience

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My experiences with everyone I talked to were all absolutely disgraceful! 1)No one knew what I wanted in a visit to my home, despite repeated explanations on my part, NO ONE! 2)I did NOT at anytime request a “pre-measure” at any time, NEVER! 3)Evidently Best Buy has their own terminology/language to describe their services (a language that made NO sense whatsoever, NONE). 4)Despite a couple appointments to do “whatever”, no one ever turned up. THANK GOD FOR THAT 5)I will NEVER, EVER call Best Buy again for anything! NEVER!

Installed yesterday no time for comments yet BUT..
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My problem is with the GEEK SQUAD...TWO TIMES NOW!!! 1- I had an appointment to have some come and measure fr a new wall oven..the gentleman that came was for a TV in home theater...with I was not buying...so I had to wait for another appointment...the windows for appointments are for 6 hours...2 times I had to be home !!!! 2- I had an appointment to install a new TV. Window time between 7am and 1pm...He came at 3... In the meantime I had an appointment at 3:45 in the store with the GEEK SQUAD for something else...I had to cancel and reschedule!!! NOT VERY HAPPY!!

Poor

Once the technician arrived, he told me he doesn’t do any connections/installations. I called Best Buy again and someone told me that they were not sure why I got scheduled for installation if Best Buy does not provide that service.

Did not receive all information

Store called about it weeks later (item on backorder) & did not mention additional cost to remove drawers & rework cabinet face.

As it sounds like this was setup through a local Best Buy store, I recommend speaking directly to a store manager or calling 1-800 GEEKSQUAD (800-433-5778) with any remaining questions you may have.
