INSTALLERS DID A GREAT JOB FITTING THE MICROWAVE INTO THE CABINET

We have had the worst experience with our Best Buy Consultant. We ordered appliances almost a year ago, and after waiting over four months to receive our range, it doesn't fit between our granite counter top. The consultant threw the issue over the fence for us to deal with after he screwed up with the measurements. Almost a year later we still do not have a stove that we have been paying for. This whole issue has been far beyond stressful, in fact a total nightmare that has yet to be resolved.

Didn’t show up on the arranged date coordinated with Best Buy. Then called two day’s later to set up a time. This was the third party contractor

The refrigerator looks great, both inside and out. A real plus to our kitchen.

This process as in the past with Geek Squad was completed with no complaints.

I've called 5 times to get the measurements for the stove & refrigerator that were taken for this order and have left two msgs to call me back and have received no response since Apr 19, 2022 I don't understand why BB doesn't want me to buy my appliances??? The team member from BB that took the measurements did a good job but the store won't give the measurements to me so I can buy my appliances.

My appt was rescheduled in no time. Overall experience was great!

Technician was courteous and expeditious in doing measurements.

I have not had my wall oven delivered and install. I don’t know what the hold up is because the wall oven is at the store in Charlottesville. The oven was delivered but since modifications were needed by a previous measurement. The people who delivered it was thinking it to be a normal install on April 29. As of now I am still waiting for delivery and installation. Please help. So since I don’t have the wall oven definitely can’t answer the following questions

The man was rude. Wouldn’t answer any of my questions. Just kept saying use my numbers. Couldn’t wait for him to leave. Never again. Time for me to start shopping at Home Depot or Lowes.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, you should get a handle on that process because I won't ever order an appliance from Best Buy again.

The guy who came out to pre-measure the existing cut out cabinet area and if the new appliance would properly fit was simply horrible. When I asked him to provide further information he said "not my job man". Best buy desperately needs better contractors if they ever expect me to buy from them again.
