This has been another chapter in the book of "How Not to do Business". It took multiple phone calls, emails, and text messages to get this service done. This included two no-call, no-shows on scheduled appointments. I had to threaten complete order cancellation and a report to the Attorney General's office before they finally showed up. And when they did, they weren't the most professional service people I've dealt with. Do not use BestBuy unless it is a remedy of last resort.

My last one lasted me 20 years. So I bought the same one again!

Easy working with Best Buy on time and professional

The guy who came out to pre-measure the existing cut out cabinet area and if the new appliance would properly fit was simply horrible. When I asked him to provide further information he said "not my job man". Best buy desperately needs better contractors if they ever expect me to buy from them again.

Came back out for a second time and left a piece of paper. No one reach back out to me . Had purchased a month ago. That was march it’s may now i got a refund which took 15 days I’ll try again next year

The man was rude. Wouldn’t answer any of my questions. Just kept saying use my numbers. Couldn’t wait for him to leave. Never again. Time for me to start shopping at Home Depot or Lowes.

They were very good at making sure everything would work out.

It is hard to review what did not happen. The short story is that after my husband took off from work to ensure that he would be home, the person showed up and took a picture of our front door. The site survey person did not ring the doorbell or knock. Even if my husband missed a knock, our dog would not have. Disappointed.

Fridge is working great, and the delivery service.

Someone came did hasty estimate that stove top will fit in. When they came to install from Best Buy, it didn't fit in that costed me 225 to get the counter cut. Called about it and someone from best buy said they would send 100 dollars as compensation that never arrived. Called to fup on that and no one responding but just putting on hold for over an hour.
