The man was rude. Wouldn’t answer any of my questions. Just kept saying use my numbers. Couldn’t wait for him to leave. Never again. Time for me to start shopping at Home Depot or Lowes.

The contractor never got back to me with an estimate cost for additional work we discussed needed with our Best Buy purchase. His company’s voicemail was full, I and couldn’t leave a message. He arrived at house not knowing exactly what he was doing. Took a quick measure and asked if there was anything else I needed. I was surprised at the lack of preparedness.

Meeasurments for double oven were never recorded in the computer after arriving 6 hours late (8:30 pm)!. As of today August 8 still trying to get someone out to take measurments. Excuses; mesurements were not recorded, truck broke down, we need to reschedule. Im on my 4th reschedule date. When this one falls through, i have to go to Lowes.

I bet I talked to the Appliance folks at 800.304.1259 5 or 6 times and no one could tell me why we have not had the site survey. I received four emails / texts confirming the window time and no one showed. Customer Service is horrible. Now they just want to bring the $3000 Oven out and see if it will fit. The small print states no refunds are given for deliveries and installation if its delivered. I guess Best Buy wants a return........................

The Best Buy Totaltech warranty was misrepresented to me as a full repair or replacement policy by the salesperson. It is neither. It only pays a percentage of repairs or replacement costs - keep that in mind before dropping $200 on it. All Best Buy is doing here is trying to sell their goods by way of a lousy warranty policy.

No one came to measure for high shelf.Installer said he ordered a high shelf and Geek Squad ordered replacement for damaged stainless steel griddle to be sent from Kentucky. It was suppose to arrive Tuesday. May 11,2021 No follow up on when to expect delivery. I will have to continue to buy expensive takeout food 7 days a week. I can’t use the stove I am making payments on the 2 of every month.

Service was terrible on my home. I had a total of 5 visits before they finally delivered. They refused to remove doors and then needed a different cold water outlet. The staff at Best Buy were terrific in their support and sincerely appreciated everything they did to support them.

Came back out for a second time and left a piece of paper. No one reach back out to me . Had purchased a month ago. That was march it’s may now i got a refund which took 15 days I’ll try again next year

He measured just like we did that was it. we were told he would be able to tell what sizes would fit. also help which model might work. But none of that happened.
So we figured it out on our own and took several models in with us and hoped we guessed right.

We have yet to get firm confirmation of what appliance will fit in the space as the third party who measured has not reached out to us or Best Buy with the measurements. It’s been a few weeks with no response from anyone. We expected better service from Best Buy.

Terrible! The pre measurement guys came to my house for less than 5 minutes. Took only surface measurements of my appliances but never pulled anything out or measured depth. Needless to say when the install guys came days later none of my appliances fit and had to pay additional money for them to cut my cabinets. This “proactive” process doesn’t even work.
