Geek squad agent has been very patient and helpful in troubleshooting the issue with my refrigerator. However, the product itself, a Samsung refrigerator, I would never recommend purchasing. It has had issues ever since I bought it and unfortunately, Samsung will not support it.

This is a total cheat. 2 guys came to do measurements, so we could order an appliance. They measured, and went away without writing down the measurements for us. That was 2 days ago. Today I phoned customer service and waited for 1 hour on the phone, I found out that they DID NOT UPLOAD THE MEASUREMENTS INTO THE SYSTEM!! So this is a waste of time and a cheat. Do not use the measure at home service,

Whoever came out was great but I hadn’t bought appliance yet so when I did I called Best Buy to install and their policy wouldn’t give me techs info and wanted to send new tech but there was pre install work needed so I wanted same tech which was a waste of time Looking elsewhere

Worth the few bucks it cost . Very professional. On time .

My order was supposed to be for a hook up water line & the technician came to measure the area of refrigerator. Not what I needed. But fortunately the technician was able to connect my waterline but a few days later.

Nice little measurer that came with my fridge install.

The technician didn't measure completely causing frustration when the install tech arrived. The old oven should have been pulled out from the wall to get an accurate measurement.

Set up two appointments quoting 4 hour windows and completely miss the window and taking no accountability for requiring reschedules due to their lack of punctuality

The refrigerator came damaged. It appeared to be an open box delivery. A dent was in the front, the water line was connected to the back and the box did not have the plastic wraps around it. Very disappointing. Since I had issues with the previous refrigerator we looked at it at the truck so the gentleman did not have to bring it to my location. So far this has not been a smooth situation.

They failed to show up the first time without notifying us. So, we measured ourselves and scheduled the install. They failed to show up for the install and after we called them someone finally showed up (at an unscheduled time) to measure! Absolutely terrible! Our new install is scheduled for a month away still.

They came in time and they were curate and courtesy

Guys (BestBuy contractors?) showed up with no idea as to what they where supposed to measure. I had to explain and provided specification sheets for the appliances (wall oven, cooktop, warming drawer, range hood & dishwasher) we were buying. When I ask about a particular installation challenge with the range hood the response was 'we just life it up and put in 4 screws'. I could do that - what was I paying $140 dollars for? As a result of this experience we cancelled the entire order.

unprofessional, I made an appointment with the specialist so that he could explain to me what is best to buy, I waited for 7 days to approach, when the appointment day arrived, the specialist canceled the visit, so I bought everything from home depot.

All my appliance buying experiences with Best Buy have been horrible. Very rude customer service. Tried to cancel this appointment over and over to no avail. Phone customer service is horrible.

The first scheduled time did not happen. I called the Castleton store and was asked to schedule again. That appointment did happen. Finally. Thank you. However we were told that Best Buy would send us the measurements in an email the next day and definitely by the following day. That did NOT happen nor has anyone contacted us. I guess your associates are way too busy.

We had our space measured for a microwave, oven and stove top. But I was never given the results of the measurements and what their recommendations would be.

3 people showed up during a pandemic which seems unnecessary; they didn't know what they were there to survey or measure, no follow up with details was provided as promised; they didn't know the answers to my questions or concerns and they weren't familiar with the product or the nature of the installation - as far as i can tell this was all pretty much a big waste of time

It never happened, person went to wrong Pine St address, so instead of calling so we can redirect, we were sent a message, I called immediately to totaltec and was told he would arrive in 20 minutes at correct address. That never happened, called again and was at least told the truth of the situation.

Unfortunately a bad experience. The measurements were done on time however I have received no follow up and don’t know what are the measurements for the appliance. I simply unable to order any of the appliances. One would think Best Buy would like to get the appliance order - having invested in providing free of charge measurements for appliance.
