    What a JOKE! These two guys showed up looked at the space said Looks good, didn't measure... Nothing. In & out in 5 minutes.... End result my new products didn't fit!!!!

    NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY

    I ordered four appliances in February. Only two have been installed and it is May. I have had two site measurements for a combo microwave and wall oven. The sales associates still haven’t found anything to fit. I paid for all of the appliances on February 10.

    The first scheduled time did not happen. I called the Castleton store and was asked to schedule again. That appointment did happen. Finally. Thank you. However we were told that Best Buy would send us the measurements in an email the next day and definitely by the following day. That did NOT happen nor has anyone contacted us. I guess your associates are way too busy.

    Sadly had this scheduled with my property manager, didn’t realize the inspection person didn’t show up. May have saved some headaches as they were to review if any parts were needed or any concerns before they install. Resulted in a pipe needing repair among other things

    3 people showed up during a pandemic which seems unnecessary; they didn't know what they were there to survey or measure, no follow up with details was provided as promised; they didn't know the answers to my questions or concerns and they weren't familiar with the product or the nature of the installation - as far as i can tell this was all pretty much a big waste of time

    Despite several surveys and assurances from sales experts, product did not fit in space. Major cabinet modifications required. DO NOT buy major appliances from BB. Incompetent plus no control or coordination with delivery and installation services

    Geek squad agent has been very patient and helpful in troubleshooting the issue with my refrigerator. However, the product itself, a Samsung refrigerator, I would never recommend purchasing. It has had issues ever since I bought it and unfortunately, Samsung will not support it.

    Whoever came out was great but I hadn’t bought appliance yet so when I did I called Best Buy to install and their policy wouldn’t give me techs info and wanted to send new tech but there was pre install work needed so I wanted same tech which was a waste of time Looking elsewhere

    They failed to show up the first time without notifying us. So, we measured ourselves and scheduled the install. They failed to show up for the install and after we called them someone finally showed up (at an unscheduled time) to measure! Absolutely terrible! Our new install is scheduled for a month away still.

    The person never showed. We never were notified that he would not show nor were we notified afterwards as to why tis happened or to apologize for this missed appointment. we spent most of the day waiting for this appointment without hearing from best buy. This is very bad customer service and unprofessional. If I could rate it less than one star I would.

    Unfortunately a bad experience. The measurements were done on time however I have received no follow up and don’t know what are the measurements for the appliance. I simply unable to order any of the appliances. One would think Best Buy would like to get the appliance order - having invested in providing free of charge measurements for appliance.

    Even after doing a Site Survey and telling me that BOSCH dishwasher will fit in the slot that I have at home when the installers came, they told me that they will not do it and I need to have a different electrician come to install my BOSCH dishwasher. They also did not give me the user manual that comes along with the new Dishwasher.

    It never happened, person went to wrong Pine St address, so instead of calling so we can redirect, we were sent a message, I called immediately to totaltec and was told he would arrive in 20 minutes at correct address. That never happened, called again and was at least told the truth of the situation.

    Terrible!! No other way to describe a company who simple cannot follow through with an estimate for the installation of a $1000 dishwasher! They sent out a contractor on December 9 2021 and I have not heard anything back from them and I am unable to get ahold of the sales person who was handling my potential order.

    unprofessional, I made an appointment with the specialist so that he could explain to me what is best to buy, I waited for 7 days to approach, when the appointment day arrived, the specialist canceled the visit, so I bought everything from home depot.

    I have no idea why a free pre-measure was ordered. The guys who came never asked the dimensions or model I was looking for. Could not quote the cost to cut my countertop. Never sent me the estimate. I followed up with the Pacific Sales person I was dealing with and left two messages. Never got called back. I bought my appliance elsewhere.

    My order was supposed to be for a hook up water line & the technician came to measure the area of refrigerator. Not what I needed. But fortunately the technician was able to connect my waterline but a few days later.

    This has been a nightmare of a problem, and I am not a happy customer. Please my sheet of orders for details of what I have gone through. Now, I have to wait until the 17th for my new dishwasher and installation. This is ridiculous. You should offer some sort of compensation in these situations. Horrible.

    Zero communication. I tried to cancel on-line, Called on the phone. Got on the chat window to cancel. They showed up anyway when I was out of town and convinced a neighbor to let them in.
