    Worst service and no shows in two appointments with 12-hour window. Staff on the phone had no knowledge about the problem.

    The technician came out to assess readiness for install on a job site, deemed the site ready, so a team was sent 2 days later to install. They showed up in flip flops and told the superintendent that the site wasn’t ready for install and left.

    May 31st purchase still not delivered!!!

    I have been pleased with Best Buy for years, but a purchase made last May 31st still has not been delivered. I call customer service and someone checks for a while and says "OK, it has been fixed, you will get a call for scheduling in a couple of days". The call never comes...

    The guy came for a measurement but was supposed to be installing dishwasher. It still leaks and it’s brand new

    I had the tech come to measure for a specific cooktop. The tech said it would fit in the existing hole in my granite. I ordered the new top and it doesn’t fit. The hole is too large. I’m not sure what the point of this service is if they can’t do the job.

    It was the worst experience I have ever had. They promised Dec 5 delivery and then after I purchased the microwave they say Jan 5 very deceptive

    The oven was supposed to be here on 9/22. It never got here. It is now supposed to be here on or around the 15th of Oct. (perhaps to the warehouse?) I'm not sure is they know where it is. If we don't get information about this oven by then, we'll need to cancel the order.

    Extremely disappointed in the service and follow up by local employees. Had to email the CEO to get any help at all. We are still waiting on the 5 digit code so we can register the refrigerator warranty

    The guys came out to measure my range and counter top. Suggested people come out to shave off some counter top. But never called to schedule this with me. Been 3 weeks.

    I needed an afternoon 1:30 appointment and Best Buy could not make that happen. So measure never took place. I was very upset

    what a mess. Your measuring guy said i could fit the microwave into the space.I was skeptical as i thought it would not fit. He assured me he could make it fit. Even tho I asked for him by name he was not sent. Next install crew said would not fit. I returned oven and i was -forgive me -more than aggravated. What a waste of my time!

    Best Buy scheduled, and I got a no show. I rescheduled a separate day, they came 8 hours late and git the measurements. It's been 3 weeks and no calls from Best Buy saying they received measurements. I wasted 2 days off work on this.

    They survey was cancelled twice with no notice also had them not show for a 3rd appointment when they finally showed 11/12/2019. Still not a response from anyone!!! At all Even Sara who was a manager for this kid of projects total waste of time and effort on my end

    Made and remade appointment 3 times, sub never showed. Horrible customer service from Best Buy. At some point Best Buy needs to be held accountable for the companies they use to sub-contract.

    Didn’t show up on appointment date. Then the unit was delivered a few days later , the installer didn’t understand why the pre- measure was rescheduled on date of install. Lucky I premeasured myself, install went fine.

    the measurement of my cabinet hight is 84 inch I was told the refrigerator hight 84 inch by the sales person and by the appliance pre- measure worksheetdone by best buy .the real hight of the refrigerator85 inch high . which broke my cabinet . that is not acceptable . and best buy not co-operating.MIKE
