    This was never completed and no one has bothered to reschedule. Will possibly cancel the purchase because of this inconvenience and unprofessional service.

    Bought with a site survey. Site survey gents dated it would be an easy install. Day of delivery and the installation team say “we don’t do that. We just connect the hose to the refrigerator “. So a 129 dollar fee for that!!!!????!? Still haven’t gotten my refund. Terrible!

    Four times I scheduled someone to come out for an assessment of my audio system. One was a no show no call, one was to measure for appliances in the kitchen, twice the guy in sales said he was sending someone out but didn’t.

    No one ever showed up for my service. Instead I received a call the day of my appointment, telling me they don't service my area. If that is the case, why even setup my appointment. A complete waste of time.

    You cannot call your local store. Instead you are routed to someone in Asia. Lost $15000.00 appliance order.

    Geek Squad the worse in customer service.

    Horrible service more than two months trying for Geek Squad to repair my appliance. Every time they schedule the appointment always an issue. Three times no call no show on the appointments. The worse in customer service.

    Unprofessional didn’t deliver my item on time. Still waiting from installation what I paid for installation I will not deal with Best Buy anymore. This is it.

    Site survey crew did not have sku numbers of items they were going to be installing, did not have installation guides, and did not measure the spaces or lookup appliance dimensions to confirm if appliances would fit.

    I never received any information regarding the site survey. We had someone go to an apartment where we have a tenant and the information has yet to be relayed to me. I would appreciate someone contacting me with measurements as it has been nearly a month. Thank you.

    missing 2 shelves from fridge

    When my fridge was delivered I noticed that 2 shelves were missing. I reported this both to the delivery men (who spoke no English) and to the store. I spoke to all the right personnel. Until this day I have not received my 2 shelves for the fridge. What to do now?

    The contractors were rude and kept repeating that we were going to have to pay much more than the quote we received from the manager at Best Buy. We did not end up making the purchase because of our negative experience

    If you're doing kitchen appliances, best bet would be to use a place where the person doing the measuring is doing the install - that way you're likely to get it right the first time. This was a very poor experience with Best Buy and I can't recommend them for kitchen appliance installs.

    On the initial date of the appointment for on site measurement, the technicians never showed up, nor did they call to inform that they would not be able to make the appointment.
