This says completed but it never happened. No one showed and no one even called.

the measurements were wrong so it took three refrigerators until the right one fit. total nightmare. A treat to myself turned into a boil on the butt of humanity. measure yourself. It doesn't take a rocket scientist.

Not good customer service. Not enough knowledge . Wand to replace microwave

I did not buy a new product I changed a broken product which was a tv. what a nightmare!! And Greek Squad was to come to my house to help me, they never showed up!

I had an appointment to have my washer and dryer pre-measured in my home to make sure everything would fit properly prior to the delivery. I received no notification and no one showed up for the appointment!

I had to reschedule my appointment & no one ever followed up or called when I rescheduled.

No one pre- measured for my new washer and had they done that there wouldn't have been issues with the pedestal.

3rd party company who measured it was in rush before he even did measurements. Best Buy had to resend someone from their geek squad to do proper measurements. Best Buy did everything to resolve my experience.

some one came here to take measurments but since then we haven't heard anithing from the team.

This service was not necessary, The old and new appliance are the same size.

They didnt show up. Waisting time, Not worth it. Even we called. they arguing about their schedule.

Could not understand what they were saying, no manners, no courtesy and speaking in a different language that I could not understand.

I had men come measure for washing machine /dryer and told me wouldn't fit. I called a different company who said it will fit and I purchased from them

Two months now! Item is continuoully being delayed by installer. $2700 for a cooktop and the service is terrible! No one does their job!

Scheduled pre measure between 7-1PM. Technician showed up at 255pm. He measured quickly, but on day of installation, oven did not fit!

To long of a wait when you need help Kick you off every 10 mins if you dont click your still there even when it say it will be an hour before someone helps you

Awful. The store manager of appliance was arrogant and did not know his products. I will not be shopping at Best Buy for anything. Awful service....

Pre-inspection done by contractor not good!! Have to reschedule the installation.
