Not all 27" wall ovens fit in the same space. The two guys pulled out our double oven, measured the cabinet cut out dimensions and made a hand drawing of the oven space. I didn't know how to do it without any damage. They also took out our old microwave to verify our new purchase would fit without drilling into the backsplash, than re-installed it. Site survey/pre-measure is a great service!

The pre-installation person was very efficient. The product installation was a perfect fit.

Reviewing the Frigidaire 27" Gallery series double wall oven -- we were replacing a same-size/same brand double oven. Wound up needing electrical rewiring because of where the connection is on the new oven model. Our installers said Frigidaire is the only brand they install that has this problem. It added a lot of time and expense to the purchase (extra $800 for the electrician). Otherwise a good oven but disappointed about that.

Having to weigh 3weeks for delivery. Other than that everything is great hope this is good

WARNING: The Best Buy computer and phone systems are set up in such a way that it cannot correct its mistake as to the time of a scheduled delivery and installation. It was totally frustrating and almost impossible to speak with a live person! After a total of about two hours of various attempts to sort it all out, I understood that nothing would be done except delay the appointment to an unknown day and time and begin the frustrating process all over again. Never again will I depend on Best Buy to do what it says regarding a scheduled delivery or installation!

I have had nothing but the best experiences with Best Buy. My televisions, appliances and laptops have all been purchased at Best Buy. Their Credit Card is an useful tool to have. I have never paid a cent on finance fees. I totally recommend Best Buy.

I tried purchasing a dishwasher and oven in which I used the Best Buy consultation service where they came to my home, made the measurements and then recommended which ones I should purchase. Bottom line is that the oven I originally purchased was installed after the THIRD ATTEMPT in which the first two attempts were returned as the installers told me it was the wrong size! (Funny how on the third time it fit perfectly for the same oven). I purchased a dishwasher as well and the installers told me it was too tall. I then proceeded to purchase a shorter one in which it got delayed A MONTH after purchasing it (when purchasing it, i was told it could be installed within 2 weeks). I then made the decision to buy a THIRD dishwasher with a two day delivery date (being that it’s now been a month without a dishwasher). Lo and behold, another delay…. I then asked if I could just pick it up (I live in California and they said yes, please pick it up in JOPLIN MISSOURI). I don’t know why I purchased the total tech membership. This. Has been such a terrible experience for me … talking and waiting to talk to a rep for hours… being told the delivery was cancelled as it was the wrong size (without EVER STEPPING FOOT IN MY HOUSE)… I am pretty patient but this experience has me irate.

The guys who came were nice and very efficient. They spent the time to show me all the features on the new dishwasher and explained ways to improve and best use the dishwasher.

The two gents that came to refer measurements and consult on any issues couldn’t have been nicer even I’d I had handpicked them. The three Ps: prompt, personable, professional. Five stars plus.

Nice product. In-store help was great. Installation was a nightmare.

Site survey was by a 3rd party company. Service and information provided was excellent. Guys were professional, neat and took time to go over everything with me involving what they were doing and what to expect on the delivery day.

I am actually incredibly upset with my service. We returned out washer and dryer because they made an excuse to not deliver. The store team kept my pregnant girlfriend waiting for over an hour and didn't even help her. Told her she was wrong/a liar about the delivery and then returned when I took time off of work to speak with a manager and then told her they were wrong. The security guard also harassed me and my girlfriend and was trying to start a fight with me. I have never been more frustrated or angry with a service. The location was TEMPE MARKETPLACE. The entire staff working that day should be fired. I will never shop with Best Buy again because of this and the egregious service and team.
