Install was great. Unfortunately 1st oven was defective. 2nd is good. So according to me my purchase date is 12/10 when 2nd oven arrived. Best Buy was very cooperative about replacement

Best Buy's installation service was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, punctual, and efficient.

The installers discovered that the washer's left side and back were crushed as they uncrated the machine. They immediately asked me to inspect the damage. The installers put me in touch with their boss, who told me how to claim a replacement. I really appreciated the attitude and professionalism of these representatives from Brown. I regretted they were not sent back when the replacement washer replaced the damaged one. The uninstallers did okay, but the professionalism of Brown was really noticed.

This One Works Excellent!! Needed to exchange the smaller one.. The Premier Installers are the Best.. Alex Lopez & Rogo Lopez I asked for them especially.. Their Willingness & helpful dispositions a Strong 10+ As Well !!

Great installation the second time around. Installer really knew his stuff and was very efficient.

Had to have the first Wall Oven Uninstalled and replaced with a new Wall Oven due to the first oven was very loud.

They showed up on time, picked up the product and cleaned afterwards

Repair/pickup was easy and straightforward. BB did give me a twelve hour window of the delivery of the new unit. I had to call them the day before to get an update, and there was an updated window that I was not notified about. Other than that it was very smooth. 4 stars for. It updating me of the new time window.

I had bought a double wall oven, it arrived with a crooked door. After nobody could apparently just fix it, I requested it be replaced. For this amount of $ the door can be straight. This review is for the uninstall and pickup of the defective unit. All went well.

Removal of my old appliance was seamless. Picked up new appliance and fully inspected it before install. I was very impressed with the customer service provided.

Otto is so good at his job as an installer. My first wall oven didn't function properly. Called Alex the salesman and had a quick response time and replacement.

I’m not sure what service this is for but my last service guy was for my stove. He helped me to review the use of the stove, and was very helpful.

I have an Oven Micro Built in Combo. We were unable to determine the exact cut out of the combo oven. Best Buy came out free of charge, removed the oven and measured the oven, then returned the oven in it's place. That allowed me to confidently purchase a replacement that would fit the cut out space for the oven. Thanks!

It’s never ideal to have a new-but-unworking appliance have to be removed, but the team did a careful job removing it and taking it away. It would have been even better to have more notice of when they were coming. As it was, they gave a 6-hour window and then just a few minutes’ notice before they showed up.

This service and install team is the best. The operate seamlessly, like pros they are. Respectful of property and pay attention to details. Polite, timely, efficient and communicate with you increasing your satisfaction.

The GE Profile oven is working really well. Love it. Installation and operation of the GE Profile microwave has been a total disaster. It has been 7 weeks. The trim kit doesn’t fit. The microwave door sticks and won’t open. The microwave is defective. We have had 2 no shows on deliveries and then they brought a dishwasher instead of a microwave trim kit.
