The service was good by installer but they missed in the first time and left without delivering. We had to be on phone for hours to get it rescheduled. Once scheduled it was done very smooth.

Gentlemen showed up as expected and when expected.

The oven works as expected. It heats very quickly in convection mode. However, it could use some trim on the sides. Also, the doors are at a slight angle to the body of the oven rather than perfectly vertical as you'd expect

Dishwasher returned! I don’t know if I was more disappointed in the dishwasher or the SALESMAN! Probably the Salesman...Our old dishwasher was still working but very old so we decided to buy a new one. We went to Best Buy and told the salesman we hadn’t bought a new dishwasher in at least 12 years but were wanting to upgrade. We were looking at name brands we were familiar with but he told us Bosch was a great brand and the dishwasher was on sale so we bought it. Unfortunately the dishwasher install was on back order and waited 33 days for it but we were ok with that since our old washer was still working. We left feeling very happy with the customer service and our purchase and decided we would purchase all our other appliances there as well. HOWEVER, we had trouble with the dishwasher from the first very load. It wasn’t drying our dishes. Ran several cycles with the same dishes in it but it NEVER DRIED our dishes. The washer started smelling like mold and it turned out that was because our dishes were covered in it. I called Bosch customer service to ask for help thinking I was doing something wrong and learned that none of their dishwashers have a heating element. THEY DRY THROUGH CONDENSATION and was instructed to open the washer after the cycle and “PROP IT OPEN WITH A TOWEL.” This means no leaving them overnight. I did this but they still wouldn’t dry, even the door remained wet. I was a little upset because I didn’t buy a dishwasher so that I could do half the job. I asked Best Buy if I could exchange it and they said yes but we would have to pay for install. Turned out it was cheaper to just return it for a full refund because we were still within the return period. In hindsight, since we hadn’t bought a dishwasher in 12 years we should have done some research but it would have been nice if the salesman had explained this to us in the first place. Ended up purchasing a dishwasher elsewhere WITH A HEATING ELEMENT.

I purchased a dishwasher for my mother, she did like it so I called to have it UNINSTALLED. As the day arrived I continued to receive phone calls and emails about an uninstall and replacement. At one point there were trying to give me another dishwasher. Then when the guy arrived at my mom's home he didn't do the take the dishwasher because he wasn't aware that he had to actually uninstall the dishwasher. He thought he was just there to pick up the dishwasher and didn't have the proper tools to remove it. It took about three weeks to get rid of the dishwasher.
