They really didn't have to do much. We already had it pulled from under the counter where it was house all they had to do was disconnect the water and the electric of where it was plugged in.

Good service by the team at BestBuy Home Delivery team who needed to pick up a bad Oven.

Placed my order on Jan 7th. Delivery on the 11th. Samsung dryer unit (with steam) was leaking after install from the front load door. Replacement ordered. Delivery set for the 14th. No one showed, and case manager did not call. It is now the 16th and I've had to call twice and try and find out when I would get my dryer, but no one I speak with knows. I was told a glitch in their system has it listed as "in transit" but they don't know where it is. No one I spoke with (5 different people total) took any responsibility for this screw up with their system and expected that telling me about their internal system failings should be enough to satisfy me. One person I spoke with (after being on hold for over an hour) wanted me to acknowledge how much work she was putting into my issue! Actually customer satisfaction wasn't part of their agenda at all - I felt like they were doing me a favor just to speak to me. You might get the idea they wanted me to give up (after switching me to various wrong departments (New Jersey warehouse?!?) or after being hung up on twice, but I'm not sure it was intentional. I think instead there is such a high level of incompetency you really have a very low chance of succeeding with 'customer care' at Best Buy. I still have no working dryer.

The uninstall portion was easy and well done. Unfortunately, the install was a bit of a nightmare. The replacement team that ultimately did it was great. They are subcontracted because gas lines are locally regulated. Unfortunately, it was the fourth attempt to install the appliance. On at least one of the previous attempts, the original installers damaged the appliance itself.

I am happy with he Bluetooth connectivity. Set up was hard w/o an had tv.

We were updating the appliances in the house we bought and the company Best Buy contracted with for installation was amazing. Very fast and excellent install quality. The guys let me ask questions as they went and made recommendations on how to do minor things around the kitchen as we discussed future remodel plans. Very happy.

Hoping will be better than the last two sets, they were a disappointment

They did a good job removing and installing the dishwasher.

I wrote a review weeks ago that was never posted. I listed all the terrible things with dishwasher. You posted my review of installation that was ok but you wouldn’t post my review of the dishwasher I would never buy the whirlpool product ever again.. can’t stack dishes without falling over on each other, utensil tray is awkward, water left in bottom of dishwasher after cycle, dishes wet even the following morning, light flickering on panel all He time... have to hold down to break the cycle.... horrible nightmare would never buy whirlpool again....I like the color and that’s it!

Unfortunately when they uninstalled the dishwasher and installed the new one the ice maker in the existing refrigerator suddenly stop making ice . They came back and were not able to resolve the issue.

Best Buy removed our old appliances very carefully, did not cause any damage to walls and floors and had a tough job getting our old washer and dryer up the basement stairs! Very happy with their services!

installers were horrible. They scratched and gouged my walls as they brought up the stairs. They connected the water incorrect, Hot to cold & vise versa. Left with machine still running and machine stopped & was full of condensation. They did not care about any situation. They were mad because they had to install and had attitude the whole time. Went to best buy, yelled and they sent new machines a week later. Someone was to call us about the damage and have heard nothing from anyone. Would not recommend best buy to install ever again

Fridge was missing the bottom guard and range was never adjusted right. Have called numerous times and nobody has followed up or completed the job.

Unfortunately microwave had an infestation of spiders obviously from their warehouse Had to microwave is installed both had spiders personally went to Best Buy to see if I can get a microwave from a different area but frankly did not believe the spiders came from the warehouse but from my house instead ultimately I ended up getting a refund and purchasing a microwave from another store and I've had no further issues extremely poor customer service on Best Buy's part

Product is great but had to recut cabinet and rebuild it because of Best Buy inaccurate measurements by install.

Wish I could offer zero reviews. They have been scheduled 7 times. Hopefully the last chance the 8th time they will actually show up with the replacement and be willing to do the work.

You people have cancelled on me 3 times. Once you didn't even have the courtesy to call and let me know and once you called the morning of the delivery. Poor service like this leads me to not recommend anyone buy appliances from you. This review is just for the microwave. t The other appliances I bought have other poor performance issues.

Geek Squad has always been terrific. We have used them several times and have never been disappointed.
