After waiting a month for a defective machine then another 3 weeks for its replacement. Received a great deal of run around from Pacific Sales. They gave no attempt to provide customer service or communication on the reinstall. Waited a week and then had it jobbed out rather than the geek squad coming it

I would give it less than one star but that isn't an option. My whole experience with best buy geek squad during this particular situation was awful. Had to go without dishwasher for 5 weeks because of them and they were late to my appointment after I had waited for the whole 4 hour window.

Sit down folks and let me tell you a tale of the worst customer service/purchasing experience ever at Best Buy. We first purchased our GE Profile oven in July. However, when it came time to schedule the installation Best Buy lost the oven. So, we had to wait 8 weeks while the backordered came back into stock. Then sometime in September, Best Buy delivered and installed the oven. However, the installation guy mis-drilled the oven in and broke our oven cabinet. He also basically left the oven hanging out of the wall AND broke all of the racks by using pliers on them to bend them backwards so that they just slid into the oven. So, Best Buy had to order ANOTHER oven and pay to have our oven cabinet replaced (still haven't received that money yet) and then reschedule delivery/installation. Went beautifully until the installation guys went to calibrate the oven. At which point we discovered that the brains/oven panel were broken and the oven wouldn't heat. The installation people left telling me that I needed to call geek squad. Geek Squad (even with a protection plan that covered us for 4 years) were super helpful in letting us that they didn't know what to say and that we should call GE directly. We called GE who told us that the error code we received meant that the brains to the oven were broken. They could come out and send a repair man but more than likely it couldn't be fixed and we would need to contact the vendor to replace the oven with another one. YIPEE! So my husband went back over to the store and was informed that we couldn't have a new oven installed until Nov. 29th -- 5 days after Thanksgiving. Hope my family enjoys peanut butter and jelly, because we won't be eating turkey. Thanks Best Buy. We were, however, able to buy an oven from Home Depot who was more than happy to accommodate our needs. So we returned the oven to Best Buy. Here's the kicker. They have to come uninstall it. So Tuesday they sent someone to pick it up who had no ability to uninstall it... because that's helpful. So Thursday (today) we were given a delivery window of 8-12 and it is 1:49PM. Guess what? You got it. NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP. This has literally been the worst experience I have ever had. And Best Buy has not helped or tried to make this better... it has been up to us to do everything and just to beg them to install a working oven that we paid $3800 for. Good job guys!!!

HAD ISSUES WITH DELIVERY OF ALL MY KITCHEN APPLIANCES, DISHWASHER WAS SEVERELY DAMAGED, SO I REFUSED THE DELIVERY, SECOND CAME SCRATCHED. MY STOVE WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED AGAINST THE WALL AS PER LAW.

The previous installer whom I gave a positive review, used the wrong size gas valve/joint causing the dryer to misfunction and a strong gas odor around the laundry room and the surrounding area.

I was given a kit for the dishwasher but Bosch supply there own and it suck that I had to drive 35 min to return it so I made the best of it and pick up 4 blurey .

DO NOT have Best Buy install appliances into your home. In addition to scraping the kitchen floors with my new refrigerator, they used way too big of a vent piece and shoved it behind the dryer. I spent over $6K with them and yet when I called them to let them know the wrong vent piece was used (as I had to call Samsung to come out and look at it and they let me know it wasn't a dryer issue but rather an installation issues) Best Buy told me it was no longer covered by warranty as they only cover 3 months.
Terrible service and delivery.
