Bought a Sandisk 960 MB SSD to transfer contents of my 1 TB hard disk. The software that comes with this product was fantastic. It quickly copied the contents after resizing the partition on the SSD. Now my Windows 10 boots to a login screen in about 5-10 seconds on an i5-based machine! WooHoo!

This saved us quite a bit of time and valuable data!

Works great for data transfer from platter and SSD laptop hard drives. Did not use the software; USB self-initializes on Windows 10 machines.

Very easy to use and install. transfered the info from a harddrive that came out of an inoperable laptop into a desktop. Recovered the i9nformation and was happy with the results

This is by far the best data transfer cable I've ever used. I un-packaged it and plugged it in and immediately started transferring files. Works great and highly recommended.

I used the USB/SSD cable and clone software to copy my hard disk data to a new solid state drive. Everything worked flawlessly. BTW, my 4-year-old laptop is at least 10X faster with the SSD!

Works perfectly, I transferred all of my HD data to an ssd in about 5 hours, the super duper software it recommended was easy to use as well.

The software was a bit of a hassle because I was using this for a Mac and the mac software doesn't really come standard. The cable did what the cable was supposed to do but it made it much easier than having to back everything up to a separate drive. Nice product.

Got this to convert Laptop HD to ssd. SSd Samsung came with its own software so I only used the cable which was A little tight but worked fine

Worked very well with new solid state hard drive. Easy to use with provided disc and cable. Used x2 with 500 and 1 tb drive.

It works. The software included is the quite old. It would be better if there is a light to show that it is plugged in and working

Switched a HDD to a SDD. Easy step by step instructions. Cloning the drive took about 2.5 hours and installing was very easy.

Very easy to install software and to use to clone your old hard drive. Complete process took 2 hours and was flawless. No problems at all. Very good price for this product as well.

The Datat Transfer cable was very easy to use and was well needed to transfer the old data off of the disk drive until the new drive could be installed.

This product does well under conditions that do not involve a failed hard drive. First laptop i was able to use this to convert over to a samsung 860 evo 500gb and was able to clone over in as much as 2 hours. Second laptop, i knew my secondary drive was failing because the write heads were making very loud tick noises at random times, sometimes would make a super loud tick 10 times every 30 seconds. SMART reports were coming in that the drive was starting to fail. I am writing this as a 1 star review because this program handles very poorly when bad sectors are in place. The program will hang on bad sectors and there is no option to just skip them. This is a secondary drive i am trying to clone, not my OS drive, and 3 HOURS have gone by for one of the bad sectors. This is complete BULL. and not worth almost $40 buying inside the store off the shelf. as i am sitting here waiting for this to hurry up. its been sitting at 88% this dam long and i am tired of waiting on it.

Hooked up easily. came with software on CD or you can download the latest version from the web. Worked like a charm to clone old drive onto a new Samsung SSD.
