Wrong type of disc

The blue ray player i have could not play the disc. There are no returns on this disc... apparently company policy. Now I'm stuck with a useless item. BB wouldnt even swap for a different blue ray movie that would work in my blue ray player. Very disappointed with their version of customer service!!
