Pre-ordered for pick up for my dad who is an avid 3D Blu-Ray collector and is super bummed about how they’ve started to not make as many 3D copies anymore. The movie itself is amazing, especially the visual effects, and is awesome to see in 3D. I know DC movies have had a rough go, but this movie and Wonder Woman are fantastic. My dad loves it and wishes he saw the movie in 3D at the theaters.

This was a great movie I saw it in theaters in imax 3D. I preordered the 4K + Blu-ray steelbook Of aquaman several months ago because I knew it would sell out fast on release day I’m glad I did because at my local bestbuy it’s already sold out. Anyways this movie was awesome the special effects were great & the story did not disappoint dc seems to finally be headed in the right direction.

Wow! What a great superhero movie. Aquaman is an awesome look into the world of Atlantis and its people. It's a good origin story that explains where Aquaman comes from. The visuals are stunning in high def and the story keeps you interested and hanging on the edge of your chair. But this movie if you like superhero movies!! It will be a great addition to your blu ray collection.

I didn't grow up with the Aquaman comics so I didn't really know what to expect from this movie. This movie was a lot of fun to watch, but I wish I'd watched it on the big screen because the scenery was by far the most incredible thing about this movie. There were truly stunning images. The fight scenes were good and the humor was on point. All in all, a fun underwater adventure.

You might not expect a movie about a guy that swims and talks to fish to be good, but after many... less than stellar outings, DC finally hits a home-run with this movie. Jason Momoa brings forth an excellent performance in this Solo outing for the half-atlantean hero. Definitely worth a watch, and hope that the future movies for DC's expanded movie universe will be just as good.

I saw this movie in theaters but for some reason, watching it at home made me appreciate it more. Director James Wan did a good job at building the story over several layers. Some were a bit rushed and concluded too quickly but others worked out just fine. Overall, this movie gives you an origin perspective to Aquaman and his decisions to be elusive from his Atlantic half, but also how lost he sometimes feels being with the surface dwellers. Black Manta was a mild weak link to the casting and not much was done to build his character, history, and motives. Overall, a great film.

This movie gave the viewer the life history of Aquaman and how he steps up to save his underwater kingdom and the human race. the cinema graphics were amazing. the casting stars were great with Jason Momoa was at his best. the story line kept the interest level on high with fast moving action. the dialogue between the actors was good and just the right amount of humor lines.

Loved this superhero Aquaman! He is quite impressive, understated to a degree, powerful and commands each scene he is in! This is another wonderful superhero movie that I have added to my growing collection! This movie is filled with excitement and non-stop, action-packed fight scenes underwater that will blow you away! Excellent use of the newest technology in special effects.

They said it would never happen. An Aquaman movie? That's actually good? Impossible! And now? Undeniable. Jason Momoa makes DC's "joke" hero into a legit badass. They also turned his greatest enemy, Black Manta, into an Iron Man-level death-dealer, even with a Stewie Griffin-style helmet. And Mera, Aquaman's love interest? Let's just say that Wonder Woman now has some competition.

I'll start by saying I'm not a huge DC fan, more of a Marvel fan. As of late, the DC movies have been sub-par (few exceptions). But I'm glad I saw this one. It is very well done, with excellent special effects. The action was great, kept me wanting more and kept my interest very well. This is one of only 3 DC movies I own, and I will actually watch this one multiple times.

I have yet to watch Shazam so I won’t include that solo movie. So as of right now, of all the movies starting from Zack Snyder’s DCEU universe, Aquaman by far is the best movie, besides Wonder Woman. It was fun from beginning to end. The rules were out the door and James Wan absolutely killed it as the director and Jason Mamoa is the perennial Aquaman. Can’t wait for the sequel!

This film is in the same company as “Wonder Woman” as far as current DC Comics films go. Like “Wonder Woman”, it doesn’t take itself too seriously, injects a little humor and provides a good story told with good acting and top notch special effects. Director James Wan did something a lot of comic book fans thought could never happen: he made Aquaman cool. The 4K blu-ray transfer is vibrant and, overall, stunning to look at. The sound is equally impressive. I ordered the film online and it was ready for me to pick up the next day before noon. Happy with this purchase!

Everybody is going to have a different opinion about movies. If you are expecting action like that of Iron Man or the Avengers, you are probably not going to find it in this movie. It has a different type of atmosphere with a different story and setting. The CG work is fantastic. I know the movie has had good reviews by many people, however, it didn't quite grab my attention like some Marvel movies. Nevertheless, I am sure you will like the movie and the CG that makes up a large part of the story (water-based movie). In terms of 4k presentation - no shortage there!

I did not see this movie in the theater, so I bought it expecting something good. And, boy, is this my favorite comic book movie ever. It feels a lot like Thor Ragnarok, but it's not constantly trying to be funny, which is good. The finale was worth the price! I recommend this if you haven't seen it, I love how wild it is. And the picture quality is perfection

Aquaman finally gets the respect he’s so long deserved. Everything that “Man of Steel” should have been. A coherent story. A conflicted hero who embraces his dual heritage. And two leads who actually have chemistry. A little better than Wonder Woman for me but that’s only because the final act of that film is basically the final act of Captain America: The First Avenger.

I enjoyed the movie, one of the better DC movies, next to Wonder Woman. As for the steelbook case, it could've been a better design but I still like it okay. I recommend this movie for sure but if you don't want it with the steelbook case, that's okay too. It isn't necessary to enjoy the movie You're not missing out much unless you just want one for your personal collection.

Aquaman was an entertaining movie through the sea and land. A imposter who wants to be king tries to unite underwater tribes to fight with him in destroying the people on land. You get the whole story of how Aquaman became the rightful king of the sea. The interesting part of this film is three fold. Story was good, action was better but the acting is very stiff. There wasn't a lot of chemistry between Aquaman and his friends. That would be my only criticism of this film. But this is worth watching like I said before very entertaining.

Thank you to Warner Bros. and Best Buy for continuing to release 3D Blu-rays. Aquaman is a must-see in 3D, and this package is an excellent value with 3D, 2D, DVD, and Digital. Other retailers are charging almost twice as much for JUST the 3D disc! Looking forward to more of these Best Buy exclusive 3D releases. Just be sure to pre-order as they tend to sell out quickly!

This film gives the overall image of the Aquaman character a robust makeover and also a whopping 11+ on the coolness scale! Casting Jason Mamoa in this role was ingenious! The nonstop action and unraveling of the story here completely envelops the viewer. Wanted to rewatch the film as soon as it ended as it is such a visual treat! Can't wait for Aquaman's next adventure!

Jason Momoa is the man! he does a fantastic portrayal of Aquaman. this is a nice action packed movie with great special effects & great visuals. a solid addition in the DCU. never a dull moment. really nice looking steelbook as well. fans of the DCU/steelbooks should be happy with this purchase.
