This brush is GREAT. Not too complicated or expensive. Just what I need from an automatic toothbrush. It has different modes for different uses and has a 30-second automatic timer for the different areas of your mouth. PLUS it comes with 4 brushes and each one is supposed to last 3 months, so it comes with a year worth of brushes.

When my wife's old toothbrush broke she said...i need one like what I had! Well unfortunately for her that one was no longer available so i found her this one and she loves it even more!

This is a great value electric tooth brush! Holds a long charge for few weeks and makes my teeth feel amazing! Would highly recommend for someone that wants an electric tooth brush but doesnt want to drop a ton of money

I absolutely love this toothbrush but Best Buy's customer service is THE WORST! The brush comes with 4 replacement heads, two of which are in the original packaging and the other two which come in a separate box. I obviously didn't need to open up the additional box and get into those replacement heads until after I'd used up the original two... and by that point, the return window had passed. Once I opened them, I found out they sent me the wrong replacement heads. They refused to issue a refund because the window had passed, but I wouldn't have used them or known there was an issue within that time frame! I'm incredibly disappointed that Best Buy's customer service couldn't see the common sense that's inherent in this situation... They sent me the wrong heads, but there was no way I could have known they were wrong within the return time frame because they were meant to be used OUTSIDE OF THAT TIME FRAME. Absolutely ridiculous. The toothbrush itself is great. Battery lasts a long time and I love how lightweight it is. I'd buy it, just not from Best Buy... or at least double check the replacement heads you receive immediately when you get them.

Very nice toothbrush. I really appreciate the sensitive setting. Brush heads are a little too big, and bristles a little too stiff, but the bristles soften with use. Has a very good battery.

I have the larger more high tech version for myself. My son wanted this one and it is almost equivalent to mine. He loves it. Gives him a great brushing experience and very easy to use.

Works really good and you don't have to charge it as much but its comes with the cord so no batteries great for traveling too!
