I will contact them for fixing as it gives 1 year warranty.

1st time user of electronic toothbrush

I don’t have anything to compare it against because these are my first attempt with electric versions but I have found That my mouth feels cleaner and I know for a fact I’m brushing my teeth longer due to the settings on the toothbrush and it alerting you when you should move to a different section of your mouth

She quickly unboxed it, charged it and tried it out. She was so pleased she insisted I stop what I was doing and come up to the bathroom to brush my teeth. After only one session, my teeth felt so clean, much like the sensation after a tooth cleaning. Great product!
