I love retro games just wish we were able to load other games on the system

Love it once you put it together! It took a few hours but it’s fun to play!

The screen is so scratched it's hard to see! Wishing it wasn't.

Wish it had more games or option to add more, but we have had fun with it. It came in a damaged box, but so far, it seems to be working good.

Lots of fun for family! Keeps high scores even after machine is shut off. I would like the table to be taller and Arcade 1Up does not make a stand for the cocktail tables.

One controller was broken, company must be in china only reply 1x a day. Having a new controller shipped after a week of emails.. Hopefully it fixes it.

This arcade table died within 10 months of us purchasing. It was limitedly used with little wear and tear as it was primarily used by adults and children always being supervised! Beware the warranty is only for 90 days. I contacted the manufacturer today at Best Buy's recommendation (Arcade 1) since it has been less than a year, only to be told they are unable to resolve the issue or help me in anyway. Table looks great and was fun while it lasted but I'm shocked at our limited use and the short life of the arcade table. Disappointed in both the quality, limited life, but most importantly that Best Buy and Arcade 1 don't stand behind a product they sell that doesn't function within 10 months of purchase.

Bought this for Christmas and finally took it out of the box to assemble a couple of months later. This item was very obviously used and returned. Never should have been sold as a new product. Too late to return.

It sucked no hardware to put it together. Very disappointed in being a elite customer as I am. Returning. Maybe I will start shopping some were else very disappointed in the Best Buy family!

Controllers do not work properly after less than a months play on MsPacman game!

This cocktail arcade was purchased for me as a gift. Comes with 8 great classic games (some obscure such as Dig Dug II). If you apply the firmware update from the Arcade1Up website you will get an additional 2 games! Mappy and Pac&Pal. Mappy might be the most played game on this cabinet! Easy to assemble and very solid quality. Have had no issues over 3 months of playing. Very happy with this unit.

Overall great.. but what I dislike is that the joystick is on the left side for the left hand and we’re all right handed. So I hope I can later on be able to switch the controllers around to fit us more but game is great

I got this for Christmas (I asked for it) and it's every bit as good as I hoped it would be. Reminds me of my 80's youth. Highly recommend.

Unit does not work. Contacted Arcade 1 Up customer service they sent out a new video card and still not working. I have sent pictures and videos let their request with slow response time.
