The directions were easy to follow but there were a couple of steps where having a second person would make it easier. The trickiest part was getting the second piece lined up with the 12 or so pegs sticking straight up. Once it’s all done the cabinet looks great and speakers are amazing. We already have The Simpsons Arcade1UP cabinet so my 90s nostalgia is in full swing!

Make sure you download the update from team encoders to fix the online input lag issues. It looks and sounds amazing- get updated joystick before anything else it makes the difference doing a DP or not. The buttons are fine and you can youtube the install. I got this for the mods you can do but i might just leave this one alone as is.

It has 12 games, plays and feels great. It’s got a huge marquee and just stands out among the rest. Stool is great and so is the lighted protector.

Looks just like I remember, very nostalgic. Only thing buttons and joysticks are cheap copy’s. Upgrade to Sanwa joysticks and buttons to avoid gameplay frustration.

I'm not sure why arcade1up decided to angle the deck. The controls are okay, fortunately replacing them with higher-quality arcade Parts is easy.

When I picked up the game it seemed like there was something missing at first. Didn't seem like everything was there but the guy at the register assured me it was. I assumed it was already assembled or in a bigger box. Once I got home and opened it I realized everything was there. Wow, great packaging. Kind of pain to put together but once I did, it really didn't take that long. The game itself is pretty cool! The sound and graphics are pretty good plus it doesn't take up too much space. Also very light too in case I want to move it.

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this on sale cause I love Puzzle Fighter and I'm currently #1 on the Arcade 1up leaderboards for it lol At first i didnt care for the control panel being sloped down cause it made my wrists hurt when i played. But ive gotten use to it and its fine. The game selection on here is probably the best for variety too. Fighters, puzzle, 2d shooter, sports games.

Works and no hesitation online. Ability to compete against others without leaving your home. Would definitely recommend this Street Fighter machine.

Would recommend if fighters are your style of games! Marquee is a bit dim and due to the slanted control deck, sitting on the stool while playing is the best option. Only drawback for me is the missing final fight game…other than that omission this is by far one of the best cabs Arcade1up has ever released. And oh yea… it has the BOE monitor…wink wink
