Other than the screen being a little small and the price going up from the initial reveal im very happy with it. the build quality is top notch compared to other arcade1up products ive owned, if you want to play real tables then this is your best choice among the 3 different cabinets

I wanted something for my man cave and I have been a big fan of pinball since I was a little kid and used to play with my Father. So when I bought a house, I wanted to add some pieces to my man cave. A real pinball machine is too large, too expensive and is prone to needing maintenance so I thought this would be perfect. This virtual machine has been a great addition! It has 10 different tables that are virtual renditions of actual pinball tables, although the White Water table is choppy and virtually unplayable. The 9 remaining tables are great and has a been a big hit with everyone in the household. It has a solid build quality and haptic feedback so that you feel when the ball hits the bumpers. Highly recommended.

This was my first time owning a pinball machine and even though its a virtual board i am so happy with this purchase. The detailing of this machine is amazing, even to the size. Its a perfect buy for any game room!

Really fun, great size and feels pretty sturdy. I wish it had more feedback but if you look online you can find a easy mod you can do from home by relocating the solonoids for the flippers. Very addictive fun gameplay

This is an amazing device - While the graphics are not 10/10, all is forgiven because of the ball physics being so good. Somehow or another it registers nudges, and you can tell definitively when you trap the ball and nudge the machine. It is truly a convincing replica and it is easy to get lost in play. The game selection is awesome and worth it alone for Medevil, Mars, and Arabian Nights. The only cons are (and not worth deducting a star) that it's quite loud even when the volume is turned off. The flippers and bumpers make a physical sound, not part of the game's music and effects. Probably can't play next to someone sleeping. Would definitely purchase again. Hoping for some day when the games can be expanded (I would appreciate Monster Bash, Twilight Zone, etc.)

Overall fantastic pinball experience. Been playing most of these tables since they came out - first on the machines themselves, then on PC/PS/Xbox/Android/iOS. It truly feels like you're playing on a real table. The cabinet materials and artwork are very well done, and the software is a custom version of Zen pinball. There are a few bugs that the manufacturer is working out, and you shouldn't be expecting 4k graphics at this price - but for a first-gen cabinet they did a great job. If you really like pinball but can't justify the price of a real machine, this is a great alternative.

Awesome! We are having a blast playing. My wife enjoys it to. I have quite a few Arcade1Ups but this one will see alot of action. Now looking for the Star Wars pin. Hopefully tgat one comes back in stock soon!

Looks and plays great. Arrived in excellent condition with just a very minor blemish on the chrome trim. There are a few minor glitches in some of the games but does not hinder playability for me(except for Whitewater). Some gripe about the screen resolution being only 720p but it is fine for me. I did replace the plexiglass with cut tempered glass and it made a noticable improvement. It is much clearer now. I strongly suggest doing that. Or at the very least clean both sides of the plexiglass with a microfiber cloth. Mine was somewhat dusty and smudged where it had been cleaned at the factory but it left a residue. Having a blast with this machine. Great value for the money in my opinion.

10 stars with the software patch from Arcade 1 up. Absolutely amazing amazing amazing. Cannot be overstated. Absolutely love this machine. I literally play it daily regardless of how busy I am at work, kids etc. It’s amazing.

Great pinball machine! Assembly was clear and relatively simple. Very good quality. Playing feels as close as you will get to the real thing with the haptic feedback sensors and flippers

Purchased this a little over a year ago. Was great at first, then broke (screen went black). Arcade 1Up tried to help me fix it several times with no luck. Finally they told me they were going to ship me a power PCBA which was back-ordered. Over two months later with no part and no ETA. I believe they don't know how to fix it and it's just a stalling tactic. The part should've been available at some point because they keep selling these machines. I have to assume it's never coming and I have to junk the machine. Booooo.

I grew up loving pinball, but at ~$5000/table for a physical table, pinball collecting has always been out of reach for me. This is an excellent collection of tables for the price. Mars Attacks is great, but in my opinion, Medieval Madness steals the show. I love the everything about the table including the solenoids. My only gripe is that the monitor displays at 720p instead of 1080p (even though it is a 1080p-capable monitor). I really wish Arcade1Up didn’t cheap out on the computer that powers this. Having 1080p would have made this perfect. I still love this table though.

Four stars due to some software issues and some ghost nudging. If you are super picky about graphics, then this might not be for you. If you just want some fun retro pinballl experience on some classic tables, then it is well worth the price. The machine looks fantastic.

Bad flipper lag, Some tables almost unplayable. Haptic feedback is a joke. Bad screen.

Family absolutely loved this Christmas gift! Graphics could be higher resolution but still lots of fun.

This arrived yesterday, it took a little over an hour to put together by myself. If you are handy it's a snap. If you are not so handy, get a friend that is to help you. This is my second purchase of an Arcade 1up product. Having bought Golden Tee a few months back, I was expecting a certain level of quality. I was not disappointed. To put it simply, this thing is a blast. I expect that our family and friends are going to have a blast playing all 10 games.

This is a pretty great product for your game room. The included selection of Williams tables is excellent. My only gripe is the poor quality polycarbonate screen protector. Arcade1UP used a low quality plastic, instead of glass, to protect the screen. This low quality plastic produces distracting horizontal artifacts across the entirety of the playing field. I reached out to Arcade1UP support regarding the horrible artifacts from the plastic and was not offered a solution. Instead of returning the table, we replaced the cheap plastic with 1/4 in. tempered glass which allowed for crystal clear viewing of the screen. For the money (we picked it up on sale) it was a good value - but plan on spending another $50 for replacement glass.

This has 10 games and most of them are really cool. For the price and the size it is well worth it. It was easy to assemble and arrived quickly.

I have multiple cabinets and pinball machines from Arcade1Up. I’ve been surprised by how much everybody in my house loves the pinball….these are just really cool machines that pull off some neat tricks to fool you into thinking you’re playing real pinball. (Haptics, sounds) The whitewater table is confirmed broken…frame rate and lag make it impossible. And the sound controls on all the pinball machines are terrible. I spend more time than I’d like trying to adjust….either the switch doesn’t respond or the jumps between levels are crazy. This is on all the tables. Still a great machine, questionable value at $850.
