    Used this unit as a temporary replacement for my failed AC unit. It cooled the down stairs of my house pretty well considering the square footage. I ended up using another Honeywell unit and preferred this unit over that. The air just seemed cooler.

    I ordered the 550 sqft AC and got the box that reads 450 sqft. Managing the process to have this corrected is not easy. Its a big machine and not readily available at a near store. They are not offering to send someone to replace the unit with correct one.

    I ORDERED THE 550 SQ FT AIR CONDITIONER AND RECEIVED A 450 SQ FT, IT DOES NOT COOL AT ALL. REALLY BAD QUALITY.
