Every once in a while Ben Affleck gets to show the world how talented he is as an actor. This was one of those movies. I didn't know anything of this tidbit of history until the movie came out. Ben Affleck was very convincing as Mendoza, I was literally driven to do a bit more research after watching the movie. Let me just say that few movies have that affect on me.

A film worthy of it's rewards and lives up to the hype. Great piece of history that is now told through the Argo film. Lots of extras that can keep you engaged for hours. Great story that leaves you on the edge of your seat all the way to the end

I wasn't sure if I wanted to see this, but my son said he learned about this in school and really wanted to see this movie. So I went and bought it and we sat down and watched it. I think that it is a great movie. I never grew bored with it.

This movie was fantastic when it came out, and even just a few months later- is still a very tense romp on second viewing. If you have not seen this yet, then you are missing out on one of the best overall movies of the year.

This is one of the better movies i have watched all year the story is easy to follow and keeps you Intrigued. The actors are some of the best I've seen in awhile the way they would show there fear a must watch in my opinion.

This won for Best Picture? There were a lot of great movies like Lincoln that should have won Best Picture. Lincoln, btw, will be out on the 26th. Buy that movie! But seriously, this was a good movie, but it took a minute to get good. It's a true story and that's why I bought it because my husband is a fan of true stories . It's worth watching.

This movie kept me hanging on the edge of my seat hoping they would be saved!! The acting was tremendous, the story was tremendous. Just a tremendous movie...one you don't want to walk away from for even a minute!!

Purchased the combo version because of the listed special features. Except for one brief documentary on the DVD, the special features are ONLY on the Blu-ray disc. Ultra-Violet version is available despite the fact I use I-tunes. Movie was based on a true life story and I enjoyed the story as If, I did not know the outcome.

Very well put together story, it is hard to believe the film was based on true events. the acting was good and the suspense was maintained through the film. I would Highly recommend this film.

A dramatization of the 1980 joint CIA-Canadian secret operation to extract six fugitive American diplomatic personnel out of revolutionary Iran. Both directed by, and acted in, my Ben Afflect.

This story is based on the real hostage drama that played out in Iran. I think that the US Govt and CIA did a great job to get these Americans out of harms way and back to the US.

This is a very good film, just not sure if it was the Best Picture of 2012 (my vote would go to Lincoln). That being said it is very well done, the acting is great and the plot if pretty intense. Ben Affleck has really come into his own--looking forward to what he does next!

I love movies based on true stories. Even though I already knew what was going to happen, I sat in suspense on the edge of my seat until the very last minute of the movie.

This Ben Affleck film is great. He not only starred in it but also directed it. It's about the past and once it gets going it gets better. Pretty good acting also.

Argo was a pretty good movie to see. 'Twas very interesting and had me glued to the "tube" so to speak to find out what was going to happen next! Buy Argo!

No wonder this film won the Oscar for Best Picture - Argo is fantastic! The acting is wonderful, the sound is fantastic, and it looks amazing on Blu-Ray!

A very interesting story highlighting a previously unknown special ops action. A very enjoyable story that keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Argo DVD is an excellent product. It was well-packaged and the movie was fantastic. Overall an enjoyable viewing experience.

One of the best movies I've seen in quite awhile. Great acting, great story, and very deserving of it's Best Picture Oscar.

This was just a great movie. Great story, great acting, great directing. Everything was done right. Really must see movie!
