This charger saves me from having to take my camera down every week. I always see my battery is full within a couple hours after sunrise. I was charging at least twice a week before this solar charger. Just got it but I don’t have to get up and pull my camera anymore for charging.

Description of the item is accurate and works perfect

The solar panel charged my Arlo camera during the day but completely discharged it at night. May be because I hooked it up to an Arlo Pro. Not sure. The unit itself seems well made.

What is the point of this item? I feel duped. This item does not ACTUALLY charge the camera when it is connected. Supposedly it maintains the level of charge of the camera, so theoretically if you hook it up when your camera is 100% charged, then your camera should stay at 100%. But that’s not actually the case. I love in southern Arizona, it is sunny like 98% of the time. We have one overcasts day and the camera dies. One would think that if I hook up the camera and it has a 100% battery level, the the moment the solar “charger” doesn’t have sunshine, the camera’s battery level wouldn’t instantly go from 100% to 0%. It’s ridiculous. I don’t even know why I spent my money on this thing. I should have just purchased an extra king charging cable to keep it plugged in all of the time instead. More and more I’m regretting going with the Arlo brand.

The solar panels do not last. I can’t exchange them because they don’t carry them anymore at Best Buy. I was told Arlo discontinued them. I now have to get on a ladder every week to take them down to charge manually. I was told to check on Amazon to see if they sell it. What a waste.

It does charge especially when the sun is out. On rainy days when the sun isn’t out, unfortunately it doesn’t, well at least it didn’t for me. But it does help a lot in certain area where it’s too high for you to reach.

Cheap solar panel that only works with one type of arlo.

Extremely easy to install. Just attach solar charger facing where it can catch the most sunlight. Then plug it into camera and your all set. It works even in light overcast conditions if there is enough brightness. So far it’s kept my camera near 100 percent even with 2 snow days

Works great so far. I bought a couple Arlo Essential cameras for my parents. They needed wireless for where they wanted them. I didn't like the idea of having my dad on a ladder to take the down to recharge and have to put them back up. So we tried these to see if they would keep them charged enough. So far they are keeping the cameras charged and no issues...

Solar panel really works well. It definitely keeps my Arlo charged. Now i don't have to get out and pull the camera down to charge it every month. Easy install also.

Easy to connect and mantain the battery of the camera always more than 90%, the material of construction is very nice the only point should be how to adjust the leenght of the cable supplied since there is no way to adjust the lenght

This has saved me the trouble of running a line or pulling the cera down every few weeks to charge it. Works great and keeps the camera charged!

Love Arlo just need to know that it will not hold a charge if it's a busy area. Solar panel works only if you get plenty of sun. 6-8 hrs

Excellent solar panel, we needed an extra solar panel for the side of our house and this one works great. We don’t have to worry about charging the camera in that side anymore.

This solar panel works a lot better than the other brand. It definitely is better design and keeps my camara fully charged or very close to 100% most of the time.

This solar panel works as advertised. Keeps your battery full. You don't have to worry about recharging.

This product has saved me so much time and worry about if my security cameras were going to go down. I never have to worry about low battery or anything else for my Arlo essential camera’s
