Pros: -Easy and straight forward setup -Beautiful package. Camera and Base station looks great -Easy to use app interface -Amazing picture quality and live zoom feature handy -Battery life waaay better than expected. Cons - There is sometime a 1-2 second lag for recording to begin - Unable to set longer recording times once motion triggered

This system is super easy to install and use. I like being able to check on my dogs and kids when I’m not at home. Would be nice to have a longer battery life and sense motion through glass but otherwise we are very happy with it.

Setup was a breeze with clear instructions. The picture quality is impressive both day and night. The app is great with customizable arming settings perfect for my needs.

Bought this camera for my parents and decided to purchase for myself as well. Very pricey to add additional cameras but the setup is easy and haven’t had major issues. The only thing I don’t like is that for the better features like activity zones and the ability to filter out vehicles or animals you have to purchase a subscription for the Arlo Smart upgrade but if you can position it just right you can do without the subscription.

Very sensitive camera has to be in ideal setting to work efficient. Battery needs to last longer.

First battery comes full charged. Easy to install and setup. The battery last long but always depending motions settings. I replaced old camera using power so I have one Arlo with power USB cable and I am planning to add solar panel for a second camera that is located on busy area. Arlo has more view camera coverage or angle that the old cameras I had installed.

This product is easy to set up and install. Notifications are set up perfectly with a little time and testing. I recommend this as an alternative to expensive hard wired products. Battery life so far seems reasonable as long as camera isn’t pointed at high traffic areas. If you have high traffic areas consider wiring in that particular camera, which this has the capability to do, but you’d need to buy that as an accessory.

Absolutely the best system out there. Great image quality. Free cloud storage. Doesn’t require continuous recording that eats up your data (you have a cap, trust me). Arlo nailed it!

I bought 3 cameras and have them placed outside with ac to all three. They work great with ac due to batteries only lasted 7 days on a charge

I order this product on January 12 and it did not Receive it until February 15 2019. After I personally watch this product sold out and restock about four times on the website.. Four days later and now one of my camera is not taking recharge. I love everything else about the Camera. But one can Stuck at 36% while charging smh and it’s so hard to get tech support on the phone. Just feel like it’s all a rip off.. Buyer beware..

The batteries need to replace every week & 1/2. I kind of wish I would have went with the DoorBell instead.

I like the new technology in home security. For starters, just having cameras on your home is a huge deterrent. Then, add in the high quality live and recorded videos, I feel secure. Hear a sound outside? Check the cameras from the safety of inside. Check on your property and the weather when you're away. See if the delivery you were expecting has arrived. Almost addictive.

The camera has an excellent image quality, the speaker is fantastic.

Easy setup and like can move the cameras to different locations

Need high speed internet and u will enjoy the quality.

I love these. Allows me to keep track of the going ons at and around my house. And with the new updates they have been adding I can know when packages arrive and change the settings of what can and cant trigger the recordings.

Good camera system would suggest attaching a 2tb hard drive to base.

Great product if wiring is impossible. Wireless makes it very easy to install. Biking another set for my second home

We have three cameras 2 outside 1 inside. They all work and run great! They are easy to install and take down to charge.
