Battery doesn’t last as long as they say . Setting are hard to find and set up weird . Wish they had more customizable features. You would think you would get more for the price tag

Bought because there was no monthly membership requirement. Good HD quality, a little bit of a pain to have to charge, other than that good cameras

Bought this for my parents, quality is great, battery life I’m not sure about yet, too early to tell but so far so good. The features u get for free are pretty decent as well. Wish the motion zones tracking would work on battery power but hopefully when I get the solar panels it will remedy that

Really enjoying the Arlo camera’s and setup and have added the video doorbell to the lineup in order to keep a watch over the property at all times.

Product is as advertised. Would like cameras to be held to the house by more than magnets. Had to buy a separate mounting kit.

This system practically set itself up. I was up and running in less than 15 minutes. There s great peace of mind being able to watch over my house.if you are looking for an affordable home surveillance system that is priced right and easy to set up, look no further than Arlo.

The cameras are good, they have a lot of good features. The doorbell should have a rechargeable battery but other than that I like this product. .

This is a great option to monitor your home from your phone . You will need to buy chime box for doorbell for best use of doorbell. Be aware that cameras will need to be taken down to recharge every few weeks.

Camera and door bell easy to setup. Hard to reconnect. Ok for the money. I returned it.

We looked at many camera brands before making our selection. The Best Buy sales associates were helpful in describing each system’s features. The Arlo Pro 2 was easy to install, has excellent picture quality and many monitoring setup options.

Bought this system a year ago. It works great, almost too great the motion detector picks up on everything even with low level sensitivity. It was the perfect amount of security to add to our home at a great price

Cameras work great. The doorbell has poor audio and frequently goes offline. I like the weeks worth of free storage.

If you need to share the picture with law enforcement or your community, you need 1080p resolution like the Pro 2 so you can make out the details. I also like the idea of not paying a monthly fee for cloud storage.

Connection issues at times, could be more user friendly on settings.

Audio doorbell however is not so good. Will not work with existing doorbell and volume is real low.

Had to call tech support a couple times to get it connected right, but after that it works good

Some of this is on me but I though the doorbell was also video. Had to buy another camera for the coverage wanted. Also creating an account was a miserable experience. Had to call support even after following all the steps.

Good product and quality for the price. Wish the solar panels were less expensive

great product - don't have to worry about monthly charges - once you have it....It's yours!

After doing my research for a camera for my apartment, I decided to go with Arlo and it haven't been a problem yet. Love the fact it always alerts me on anything!
