Bought during a sale. Image quality is good, with many customizing options. This makes it difficult to figure out how to set it up for exactly what you want though. The small spot light doesn't illuminate more than several feet, so get the larger spotlight version if you mount this higher to cover a larger area. It took quite a lot of work and troubleshooting to get the cameras to connect to the wifi, and I really don't know what I did to get it to start working.

Very Nice quality cameras, physical installation is pretty easy. Needed to contact customer support on multiple occasions to actually set up and configure the system. I’m a senior citizen and can do many techie things but I needed to work with Arlo support and my ISP to get this to set up correctly cuz I don’t understand about opening ports and switching my router from 5ghz to 2.4 ghz. A younger more techie person would be fine. Arlo support and my ISP WERE VERY helpful. Didn’t come with a manual and I like a hard copy. Will have to go online and get that if possible to figure out how to work this.

Picture quality is great. Easy to operate. Installation is pretty easy too. It’s a nice looking system, the only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because I feel the monthly service plans are very expensive. If I would have looked into that first I would have bought something else.

These are great awesome battery life great picture quality and connected to my old station! I also happened to get a great deal on them.

Really love these cameras. They come with rechargeable batteries and an extra battery so your never a camera down while waiting for a charge . They do really well in the dark and come with a built in light when motion is detected . The app is really easy to use and gives you motion alerts instantly. Overall these cameras are not to expensive and do a great job

I waited until the Pro 5S went on sale. Great cameras! Excellent color with zoom capability. I wish they would have come in a 4-pack. I recommend you buy a solar panel for each camera...the battery will stay charged almost always...minus a few super cloudy days. I have yet to bring in a battery and charge it on the charger. Easy to connect to your WiFi. I connected each one separately to WiFi then went outside my house and attached them. The app works pretty well.

the app is very easy to use and set up is not complicated at all , the features on the app is really cool as well, you can set it up to turn on by itself and set up activity zones, pretty cool.

Fairly easy to set up. Firmware updates automatically happened and you may think you have connection problems when this occurs (offline) but if you wait it out they’ll reconnect. Batteries last quite some time! One has 18% left just short of three weeks (activated quite often with cats we have in the backyard); another 59% the same length of time. Easy to control notifications. Very pleased. Picture quality is good.

We love our new Arlo security system. It was easy to install, and the clarity is great.

These are easy to hook up and have a great picture. I have Pro2 and Pro3 cameras that have to hook up through a base station. These Pro 5s hook up directly to WIFI and therefore have a much quicker response time when pulling them up. Now the person at the front door is still standing there instead of walking away .

This is the dumbest set up I've ever seen for security cameras.The housing should be dual compatible.The anti theft mounting does not give you the best for what angle you want .It's will only swivel so mush.Let me be also clear.The Pro 5 s is not adaptive to another type of mount they have for this kit.The other mounts that they supposedly advertise for this is a threaded type mount that threads into the housing of the camera.These cameras do NOT have the ability to do that.Nor can you purchase another housing separately because it does not fit the camera size with the battery harness .So if you do purchase something from Arlo make sure it's not the Anti theft mount type because your angle will be very limited.Look for the other kits they have with the arm adjustment or even the solar kit Might be a little more expensive but way better than this one

One of the cameras cannot be connected to the WIFI . Has been on the phone with Arlo for many hours, but nothing they suggested helps. All other cameras could be connected without a problem and are working great.

The price was great for what you get. Having the 2k resolution is awesome! I DO NOT like the fact that arlo updated the app and now it won’t let you save to local storage. They a forcing you to pay a monthly subscription. One of the main reasons I chose arlo was so I could use local storage. Cameras are fantastic but arlo as a company…..dropped the ball. I will not be buying anymore arlo products unless this fixed!
