    I have had the Arlo Pro series for several years and been impressed with it. I recently decided to upgrade my cameras to the Pro 5S series only to find out that are worthless after the trial period ends. I now have junk attached to my house that without a monthly plan, they are worthless.

      Thank you for your review. The Arlo cameras do not require a subscription to access basic features such as live streaming and motion or audio notifications. However, subscribing unlocks additional features, including 60-day Video History, Advanced Object Detection, Activity Zones, 24/7 Emergency Response, and more.

    Unfortunately I had to return the Arlo pro 5s.After talking and troubleshooting one of the cameras with Arlo support determined that the second camera’s battery wasn’t charging.It was disappointing since I had Arlo cameras in the past.

    I didn’t know that I needed a $200 yearly subscription for them to work properly. They’re useless

    Ok not the best wish they recorded 24/7 and not in little 30 second videos. They miss things

    Worse cameras ever!

    Cameras stopped working after a week I installed them. I tried to troubleshoot them in different ways and nothing worked. Waste of money.

    3 of the 4 I bought will not connect. I tried trouble shooting them. Can not get anything done

    Terrible. Had to replace within 2 weeks. Camera is not as good as the 4.
