Disappointing that Apple Secure Home Video isn't supported. That should be clearly stated next to "HomeKit Compatible". The cameras themselves are very good, but you will end up paying even more for a subscription through Arlo if you want intelligent notifications.

Really great cameras. They provide a good quality in the day time and night. You do require more equipment especially if you want to record and there is a monthly subscription but it’s not required. I would recommend this

I bought this after having other Arlo cameras and have not had any major issues. This camera has been nothing but issues and I’ve had multiple service tickets placed with Arlo. The camera would take random snapshots and not record video. Now the camera won’t even power on after being plugged in. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Easy to install and very good quality of camera images

I freaking love my Arlo set. It’s been nothing but amazing and it really does have great quality even at night time. I like that I am able to extract the videos but also that because I have the subscription I’m able to keep them on the app for 90 days. It is very convenient.

First time Arlo user, easy set up and great video quality. Lots of features in the app.

Quick and easy setup. Downside is buying rather expensive plan to save footage. Get the hub for local storage if you don't want to buy a pricey plan. Get some siding clips from Amazon to hang anywhere on house very easy and not have to drill any holes! Battery life will depend on activity. The one I have for my driveway went the fastest and lasted for about 2 months before having to replace. I hope to add the solar panels in the future so I won't have to replace the batteries.

I love the video surveillance the product gives. The packaging when I purchased it said "solar powered" which would indicate that it had solar batteries. It was not so. They have to be purchased for $70 dollars for each camera. The batteries do last quite a long time before charging.

This camera is off and on. Sometimes it picks up and sometimes it doesn't. My installer did a lot of trouble shooting so I don't think it's on me. Otherwise, it is a good camera when it works.

Read ALOT of reviews online . We already had ultra , ultra 2 , doorbell and essential, but needed another camera so we purchased the 3 pack 5s .. In today’s world it was impossible to find a review that wasn’t PROMOTIONAL. Which is super deceptive however I’m proud to say motion detection is further and more accurate with pixel, the led is a lot brighter .. recording quality is very clear and the dual bandwidth is ALWAYS strong . Connecting is easy despite many reviews as long as you follow instructions and you don’t need a hub unless you want CVR . !!! A++++++ ARLO

Subscriptions are needed for pretty much any feature you can ask for or pay by buying the accessories needed for the features. A subscription is needed for cloud recording (only events are recorded), no internal recording or memory is available. Only way to have recordings locally is by buying an extra accessory and add a memory card to that separate unit. Recordings are only available to view in their app and no way to view from a computer. Want continuous video recording? must pay the subscription for such, which is not included in the cloud recording subscription. But an accessory is also needed for the feature, as the unit can only do CVR if connected to a constant ac power source. There's so many hoops that one must go through for simple features that are not clearly stated. The quality is great and can work but so many stipulations and limits hinder the experience.

Great product. Easy wireless install. Editing activity zones is slightly cumbersome, otherwise zero complaints.

The picture quality is very nice compared to other cameras, and depending on the plan you purchase for the app you get notifications for essentially everything that the cameras pick up whether it be packages, cars, people, or animals

Bought to replace some old Arlo Pro cameras. Set up was easy. I like the addition of the lights on the units. How good the work remain to be seen as I just installed them last night. I will say the older units had a little too much lag time between detecting motion and recording.

I like these cameras. Have owned Pro 3's for a while and with added solar panel they allow me to put them anywhere. Setup is a little tricky but not too bad. Video quality is good, I'd recommend for do-it-your-selfers.

I’ve been using Arlo cameras for years now and upgraded my internet company’s outdoor cameras to Arlo as well. They are a better choice as they record in color at night and having an installed spot light. I don’t like that they sometimes have connection issues.

I love this camera system. It is just as good if not better than the name brand systems on the market. Plus, you do not have to have a subscription in order for it to operate.

Been using these for several months now. Works great and easy to use. Extra batteries are nice.
