This is a very good camera with a very wide focusing range (from almost zero to infinity). Very wide field of view, limiting the number of cameras needed. Easy to install and configure. Unfortunately, it will not record directly to my SAN, but must first go to the Arlo website. It would be an excellent system if it did both. The Arlo app is a bit confusing to use at times. Batteries need to be recharged and placing the cameras in a high place makes battery changing difficult. This is the downside of a wireless camera.

I bought this camera because I needed to charge the batteries on my other 4 Arlo Pro cameras. Netgear still hasn't re-released the charging station for these, so you have to use your camera to charge them. Not a huge deal, and because I got this add on camera on sale, it wasn't much more than buying an extra battery and the charging station. Now I just keep it plugged in watching over my garage and charging my batteries. Then when another camera gets low, I just swap the batteries really quick.

I purchased this camera to replace one that I purchased 3 months ago. I had trouble on and off with it not connecting right with my internet. This was a continuous problem and I didn't buy the warranty. I would suggest buying the warranty.

Great system easy to install and great on battery life once you have it all configured. Overall great product great quality

So easy to install. Batteries last about 6 months even with being triggered throughout the day. Picture quality is great. So easy to turn on to watch live or to save to download or send a link to someone.

Great addition to Arlo system. Does come with the charger also. Only bad thing is Arlo charges if you keep adding cameras.

Love these cameras. This was an added camera for the system I already own. So easy to set up and very clear pictures.

We love out Arlo system, It is very clear and easy to install and use. I get notification right away with no problem accessing the cameras and Arlo system on my phone. My only complaint is that the battery life on these could be better. If you use these and your house faces a street with mild to heavy traffic your Arlo will be going off a lot and the battery will go quickly. Overall I would still recommend this system it is really great just know you will be charging it often.

We are very pleased with the Arlo cameras. They are clear to view, easy to setup and small enough to place wherever you want.

I have 7 of these cameras throughout my residence, and have found out that the more the cameras go off on movement, the more you will be recharging the batteries, yes there is a sensitivity that you can adjust, but it does not help, it will still go off, which is a good thing and a bad thing especially if you have dogs or cats, who constantly set them off, another thing i wish they did was give two alarms, one for the inside and one for the inside, even though the decibles are over 100, hard to hear if your outside your house

Exactly what I wanted. They run off rechargeable batteries good pic quality. I didn't need any high tech. Very happy

These cameras work really well. They have good battery life and recharge quickly. They work equally well indoors or out. The phone app works well and there's no fees for up to 5 cameras. They offer paid subscriptions for additional server-side video storage, more cameras and advanced image recognition features. I'm happy with the basic free account. Arlo integrates well with my Wink home automation system which also has no recurring fees.

Great product. I love the phone alerts. And I also love The two-way verbal communication feature. All of this and it's wireless and weather resistant. All of this at a very reasonable price.

I had been thinking about security cameras for about a year. I decided to go with wireless because I didn't want to go through the hassle of running wires all over the house. The Netgear Arlo system had everything everything I wanted. It was very easy to install and easy to setup with my wifi router. The picture clarity is excellent. Even in low light. Everything can be done through the app on my phone. It is a well thought out product with excellent quality.

These cameras take great shots and are easy to install. Totally wireless and are up and running in 20 minutes.
