The Arlo cameras is not a bad system
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Arlo cameras is not a bad system They do have from time to time they don’t work but that’s a small percentage of the time that the camera does not work they are a little higher in price the prices to come down a little bit better but overall it’s not a bag camera and yes I would recommend to a friend but if they can get a better deal and a better price

Great idea, bad camera!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok, overall I spent a good $8-900 on a compete pro system with 4 cameras. Install was easy, and great! Arlo looked good and is compact, with over priced accessories. But after a months time, it became EXTREMELY annoying!!! Over 10-15 false alarms each day, and adjusting the sensitivity made no difference. From birds, shadows from trees, or bugs... My other main issue... the cameras have major issues with lighting. The camera will adjust itself when bright light is detected and darken everything else. Under a covered roof, I can see clearly; however, couldn't see the faces of people coming to my door since it would be dark. Cameras has the opposite effect during the night... night vision would cause a face to glow, reducing detail on individuals leaving only eyes and a mouth to see. As an LE professional, I do not endorse this item to anyone.
