Three stars because of the limited settings. A traditional hardwired camera system would have worked better for me. It's set so it doesn't record while I'm at home during the day, which I would have liked to see my neighbor back into my car.

I have 3 other arlo camera and I tried this, but could not get my older base to recognize it. Everything I read seems to point that it would work. But I tried two, and both would not so I went back to the non pro model. Those work great.

I bought 6 camera system. Would not let me add another without purchasing monitoring package. Whole goal was to eliminate monthly fee. Also bought 3 camera kit, would not let me go beyond 5 cameras. Otherwise great system.

The camera is a good camera but the batteries do not last very long and are very expensive.

The system is ok, starts recording a little late, but it's a great deterrent either way.. and I needed one extra camera to sub in when I am charging one of the other ones.

I love the camera except for the video doesn't go long enough and if you don't pay for the iCloud you can't go back and review videos past 2 days

This product provides ease of mind when checking on our kids. Great product, and it allows us to check them on our Google Home products.

THE SENSITIVITY IS GREAT BUT THE PROBLEM WITH RE-CHARGING EACH MODULE IS A HASSLE. THERE SHOULD BE AN EASIER WAY.

I bought this to add to an existing camera at my home. My previous one was a 1024 resolution and I thought the new one was also, but it was not. I would not buy another low resolution camera, but would definitely go for one of the new ultra high resolution models instead. The pricing on those, however, is still too high, and they require a new control unit because they are not compatible with my existing base.

Wish the resolution of wireless would be better. But hey thats the price you pay for having wirless over wired.

In the day the colors are great, at night is when it becomes difficult to see unless you have light.

Video quality was good. Fair wi-fi connection. Too much hassle to remove and re-connect after recharging.

Poor battery, low quality vision, cold weather effects battery, not user friendly

Bought camera in March 2018 and now 7 months later both cameras internal recharagable batteries won't stay recharged for more than a day or two. Very frustrating now they need to basically be wired. So much for being wireless. Not sure of the warranty. Also many times the Arlo website won't load or says they are offline. Not sure if this is Arlo problem or Comcast's.

This item has its issues. I would consider the Arlo Pro 2 and up over this item

I thought it was a color picture and white/black was the color of the camera itself, otherwise great camera.

Arlo recently separated from netgear and released updated software and firmware. They have BROKEN advertised functionality with SmartThings rendering the integration useless. After the community of users called, provided tech info and feedback, Arlo support has now refused to provide any information on if they will fix it. They have started to point to SmartThings as the culprit. They are ignoring requests to make fixes. They believe breaking existing functionality and breaking advertised integration is okay. I’m sad to say that Arlo quality and support is now so bad that after being a user for years and someone that recommended them to others, I now no longer recommend the use or purchase of their products. We CAN’T TRUST our security to a company that doesn’t care about its customers. #ArloCameraSupportStinks #ArloCamerasDoNotTrust

have issues with speaker on lte not connecting and now one of the battery's is not holding charge
