Three stars because of the limited settings. A traditional hardwired camera system would have worked better for me. It's set so it doesn't record while I'm at home during the day, which I would have liked to see my neighbor back into my car.

I have 3 other arlo camera and I tried this, but could not get my older base to recognize it. Everything I read seems to point that it would work. But I tried two, and both would not so I went back to the non pro model. Those work great.

I bought 6 camera system. Would not let me add another without purchasing monitoring package. Whole goal was to eliminate monthly fee. Also bought 3 camera kit, would not let me go beyond 5 cameras. Otherwise great system.

I bought this to add to an existing camera at my home. My previous one was a 1024 resolution and I thought the new one was also, but it was not. I would not buy another low resolution camera, but would definitely go for one of the new ultra high resolution models instead. The pricing on those, however, is still too high, and they require a new control unit because they are not compatible with my existing base.

Bought camera in March 2018 and now 7 months later both cameras internal recharagable batteries won't stay recharged for more than a day or two. Very frustrating now they need to basically be wired. So much for being wireless. Not sure of the warranty. Also many times the Arlo website won't load or says they are offline. Not sure if this is Arlo problem or Comcast's.

Arlo recently separated from netgear and released updated software and firmware. They have BROKEN advertised functionality with SmartThings rendering the integration useless. After the community of users called, provided tech info and feedback, Arlo support has now refused to provide any information on if they will fix it. They have started to point to SmartThings as the culprit. They are ignoring requests to make fixes. They believe breaking existing functionality and breaking advertised integration is okay. I’m sad to say that Arlo quality and support is now so bad that after being a user for years and someone that recommended them to others, I now no longer recommend the use or purchase of their products. We CAN’T TRUST our security to a company that doesn’t care about its customers. #ArloCameraSupportStinks #ArloCamerasDoNotTrust
