I liked the camera quality when the camera functioned. But after four months it just stopped working. I looked online at the Arlo website and this is typical for this model. So be careful. I would get the ones with the removable batteries.

I have a 5 camera set up. Three of the batteries will not keep a charge. The system is about 18 months old. When the alert sounds, it takes to long to pull up the camera and see the recording, more so with the 2 level sign it. I would not buy again

It doesn't always record. Plus Had issues with charging. I have a total of 7 arlos. They seem to miss alot. I also noticed that if one camera is recording the other will not even if the person is located were both cameras should catch them.

Now displeased, I have been getting a network error that my camera is offline did everything to try and reconnect it, I called Arlo they said I needed to pay $199.00 to fix the problem. It was working fine until a firmware update. Now it is of no use.

This camera looks sleek and impressive, but doesn't live up to its claims. Stays in buffer mode or offline more than online, and two way audio (talk back) quality is very poor

We have the older model with the actual batteries and it works great inside and out. Picks up movement like it’s supposed to. This new one that I was so excited to get and add to our other camera. Loved the voice feature and how it charged, instead of those batteries. Camera hooked up to the system perfect. It wouldn’t pick up any movement unless you were inches away from the camera. Read several reviews and others were having the same issue. Company has no fix. Nothing fixed it. Returned it the next day. Will buy once company has the fix. Folks are Best Buy we’re very helpful.

I've had this system for many months and I am convinced this product was nowhere near ready for release. I have a total of 8 cameras. I have made warranty claims on four of them, two of which still don't work properly. No sound, can't connect, microphone won't work, night vision no longer works...among other irritating bugs. I've spent about $1,500 on this system in all, and it's always one problem after another. Junk! Don't waste your time and money.

Had these for 3 years and they worked o.k., but now they have forced you to use a 2 step authentication process and it's worthless. It's supposed to save trusted devices and it doesn't, so if I'm on my laptop and need to log in to see what's going I have to wait to get a text message with a code, and if my phone is in the other room it's a real pain.
They took a good thing and trashed it, look at other brands.

i brought 5 cameras for my house. Battery life is horrible. You can't activate motion sensor for single camera, it has to be turned on for all cameras. After charging the cameras they will be out of sync, they have to be reset again like new setup. I noticed after charging only one camera is recording motion videos even though i turned on for all. Stupid expensive cameras waste of money.

I like the Arlo Pro 2 cameras but their support is horrible. I had a defective piece where the battery was draining to 0% within the day. Arlo support first wouldn’t replace the camera, then they asked me to pay for return shipping and want my credit card details for a replacement device.

Normally I wouldn't have even reviewed it but it was such a hassle to have to troubleshoot for an hour with Netgear just to be told to bring it back to Best Buy. Anyway if you're looking for a review of the camera I can't give it but it should speak to Neatgear QA to allow this to ship.
