It took a minute to set and afterwards no problems. The video and audio are excellent.

I was going to buy a battery camera but, for less price, this plug into electric outlet camera with wireless internet connection, did the job. Did all that it said it could do.

This product works as advertised... It was easy to set up and I did it all from my phone. The Cam comes with 7 days of recording history and I had it up & running on a schedule in about 20 mins. This model does have 1080P option but if your internet isn't blazzing fast it will have a BIG delay on your live feed to your phone. I set it to 720HD and it works fine. If you are shopping around for Security Cams Arlo is as good as it gets.

Great camera. We have it in our garage, it has great night vision. The audio and video is great.

Recently had my bicycle stolen so I wanted to get a security camera and didn’t want to fuss with rechargeable batteries. At night I just put it in my window facing out and during the day I have it in my living room. Night vision works great but using the infrared with it in my window gives a reflection so you can’t see. It is a indoor camera I can’t complain about that but it still works great with out that on.

I have a couple Arlo Q cameras strategically located and am satisfied with the results. Reason I went with the Q is so that I can get audio and send audio back as needed. Unfortunately I do not use the 2 way audio as much as I would want. But it is still nice to know I have the option. The wide angle lens fits well for the area I have monitored and the infrared lighting is as sharp as well. The solid magnetic base works well and an added bonus. If there is anything I do have reservations on is the live stream. With multiple cameras streaming sometimes cuts in and out. The only workaround that has been consistent but a nuisance is the having to close the app then re-launch it to get the audio and video to display without lag. Keep in mind this is data related so when I do this from my 5G wifi connection the streaming is consistent and switching is easily accommodated within the app. Other that that I'd hope future releases allow you to change the default alert notification. Also, a unique notification per camera location would make the experience better. I am hopeful the future sw releases will accomodate this as it's not a show stopper. Again, overall satisfied with the purchase and look forward to purchasing more where it makes sense.

The first unit would not hold the internet settings. I read on line that it might be a problem. I took it back to Best Buy and the promptly exchanged it. for the same unit model. The second unit worked well with no problems. We use it to watch the dog when we are not at home.. Good solution if you only want real time monitoring .

It gives you free notification on motion and /or voice detection on the area. Also, without purchasing monthly subscription, it gives you free records last 7 days all motions and voices, 15 seconds each- if You do setting. In addition, you can live talk with the person who is at home while You are at remote with your cell phone app.

Got one of these at first to determine if I would like it and I did. Then added 2 more. Pros: Easy to set up. Night vision works well. No charge to use their 7 day dvr services as long as you don’t have more than 5 cameras. Cons: When trying to sync to WiFi, you have to manually type in the network name. It doesn’t pull up the available networks for you.

This has a two-way audio communication so that remote communication is possible to those by the camera and the a person talking through the mobile phone app or computer software.

This camera has a pretty decent picture and audio quality. It was easy to set up. The problem I have with it thought is that when viewing the live view on your device it is about 10 seconds behind. I can walk past the camera and sit down and open the app to the live view and watch myself walking out of this room. This is not ideal if you want to see what is really happening live. I have some wireless Arlo pro cameras and they don’t have nearly as long of a delay as the Arlo q. The 7 day cloud storage is nice though. I only recommend buying this if it is on sale for a decent price and you don’t mind the 10 second live view delay. I don’t think it is worth the full asking price.

Excellent camera with a very functional app. Easy setup.

This is a fantastic home security camera that you use with an app over a wi-fi network. If I can set it up, anyone can. It even picks up sound and movement that are minimal. This shows me that if someone enters my home, I will be notified in seconds and have the video record to use in the case of prosecution. Thanks to NetGear fort taking this out of the hands of providers that charge a monthly fee for monitoring.
