Good Camera

Software needs a lot of work for Android phones, hit or miss when trying to re-play video or audio alerts. Audio alerts rarely play back with sound on computer and never on phone. Never had a problem pulling up live video on phone or computer.

Nice picture, pain to set up

I have two different Arlo cameras and have had the same issue with both. We’re a Mac household using iPhones and the Arlo app, and connecting the cameras is a pain. You turn them on, scan a QR code and basically hope the app finds the phone, which 99% of the time it won’t. When it finally does, just hope you don’t have a Wi-Fi change in the house (like we did) and have to go through the process again. Once you do get it connected, I have no issues with the image / sound / recordings, but the setup process is a pain. Don’t purchase unless you have unlimited amounts of patience and free time.

This is as easy as they get with a simple installation and immediate monitoring via iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. The 2-way functionality is weak, but it's not a deal-breaker since I'm not using it anyway. The rest is spot on and does the job with flying colors! Now I know how much my dogs sleep during the day. I wish I could join them on most days.

Best Available I think
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Already had an arlo system so I bought this to catch the kids stealing food in the middle of the night and it did the trick! Already saved my monthly bill about 50 bucks! Eventually it will pay for itself lol! Only drawback is the quality of the image aint the best but its good enough for what I need it for. The net-gear system really is a fantastic choice!
