Not a bad camera

Only the Pro version of this works with Smartthings. I did face a major nightmare with Best Buy price matching. They were supposed to send me the different of cost, and only sent me half. After spending hours (not kidding) of time on the phone, I finally gave up.

Unreliable connectivity

I have other wired cameras from a different vendor, which is always reachable. Kind of disappointed with the purchase. Feature wise it is appealing , but reality is something different.

Arlo has a lot of place in the App to make changes and its confusing unless you write down what each setting does or changes.
