I purchased three of these to be able to keep an eye on my mother while in care with providers. The talk feature is delayed as well as motion and audio. Sometimes up to a good minute. Pretty frustrating when you need it "now". Visual is good. Setup after it was switched from neat gear took some doing.

Works great for indoor use. We were trying to point it outside and it worked OK but will get the proper outdoor model instead.

Paired fine with existing setup. The night vision is not as bright as my older D-Link.

It works well. The volume for the audio speak option should be louder. However, it's a really good product.

The Arlo app is easy to use to watch recorded clips and live. It saves up to 7 days video clips triggered by sound or light.

It's not that great. Other cameras offer more for a cheaper price.

I’m not impressed with the Arlo security camera. The two way talk does not work well. Sometimes there is an echo. I do not like their app either because of the way the video history is set up. But is is better than most other cameras I have tried.

Great because it has audio capabilities. However it needs to be plugged to power (no battery-powered).

I have this camera as well as four arlo pros outside. They all work great. Fully customizable to get the best motion sensitivity you need.

I was looking for security with that support wireless without running the wires throughout the house. The Netgear Arlo Q easily meet my requirements. Setup: out of the box, there are the camera, power wire and manual. After plug the power to the camera, download the Arlo app and follow the a couple steps with creation of the account and it up and running. It took me around 10 minutes to complete the setup which is dead simple. Connect to my wifi and ready to go. No messing around with the network wires. Features: There are many features but I want to highlight a few that I like. The camera resolutions supports from 240p to 1080p. There 5 resolutions you can set. I picked the default 720p which looks great. The lighting and video are clear with my typical dark living room. There is a talk feature where you can speak to your phone and it come out to the speaker on the camera. It's a 2-way communication which I found to really cool. You can hear all the sound from the location of the camera. You you options to record, take picture and have it send you the alert via the app notifications and/or email. The alert is instantaneous. You can arm the camera base on schedule or manually set when you are away. The free 7-day storage of video is the best feature where you don't need to spend additional money for a typical home security needs. Performance: The picture quality is great. The night vision camera is very nice as well but the distance is limited. There is around 3-4 seconds lag in the video and around 2 seconds lag for audio. I have the camera running for 3 days without any issue. I noticed the Arlo app does takes around 5 seconds to connect to the camera so expect a little lag here as well. You can set the monitor zone which is a very nice feature since you only want to detect motion only in certain area of the house. The Arlo Q exceeds my expectations especially on the setup, free 7-day storage, simple hook up if you need to move the camera to a different location and the very easy arm and disarm features of the camera. I tried the app when I was a way from home and it works great over cellular. It just really cool to be able to watch your house when you are on vacation or away from home. I got this camera for free as part of the first look review program. I will definitely buy a second one to add it to the backside of my house.

I have several of these cameras throughout my home to monitor my elderly father. Great to be able to ensure his safety.

Really wanted a security camera for my home. I just wish the night vision was better.

I bought the camera to keep an eye on the dog when not at home because he is getting older.

It is a great camera and is very sensitive. I get few false alarms only because there is some sound outside house. Will recommend others!

Many app issues. Geofencing does not work. Needs a update.

Use in my foyer, for additional security. I use the ARLO PRO 2 for the outdoors.

Use to monitor my pets while I'm at work. I would give it a 5 start, but the microphone doesn't work.

THIS IS A PRETTY GOOD SECURITY CAMERA WORKS AND THE APP HAS BEEN UPDATED SO ITS WORKING BETTER NOW.
