The setup was not very complicated but the instructions could have been better. The settings that I set did not override the system settings. The light flashes regardless, which we tried to change repeatedly. The clarity needs improvement. Overall it serves the purpose for now.

Good camera tied to a very slow app. With multiple updates in the book, Arlo has had plenty of chances to fix their app, unfortunately it’s always more of the same. Slow, laggy, and not very well designed.

I love arlo systems and the best part is you're not obligated to pay for service like other company's do.

Good camera and software was good. Had to move my router to get the camera to function. Had to have direct line of sight to work at 40 ft. Didnt like the location i had to move router to so i am going wired next time. Maybe wait for the nest outdoor.

I needed a survelince camera with audio for existing Arlo system. So I bought the Q. Wow 1080p with audio, nice!

this unit is a great unit can keep an eye on inside of house and a great nanny cam.

Obviously, not an outdoor camera. Probably the best camera Arlo makes for indoors.

First of all, I have to say that I received this product for free as part of their early reviewer program. With that said, I can honestly tell you that I LOVE this product! I had never used the Arlo platform before receiving this unit, but had used both the D-Link and TP-Link cameras. I have to tell you that this product is expensive, but you get what you pay for. The setup and connection to network took less time than to warm up vegetables in the microwave (I was preparing dinner when I was setting it up). 1) Install app 2) Plug in camera 3) Put WIFI network you would like the camera to connect to 4) Put phone in front of camera to show QR Code 5) Enjoy Playing around with the app, it's clear that Netgear has thought this through with the ability to either arm or disarm the camera so that it can record content to the cloud if there is movement or noise. On top of that, you can have it scheduled to only be armed during specific times of the day/week. I love getting the notifications on my phone that alert me that my fiance has gotten home safe! In the app, there is a library of saved screenshots and videos that are in the cloud. This ensures that you can look back if there ever is an incident of breaking and entering. It is absolutely flawless! Speaking about the picture quality, I have never seen a home monitoring solution that is so clear or quite as wide angle. I have this in one corner of my living room and can see the entire front of the house. The best endorsement I can give is that I loved the interface of the app so much that I opted to go purchase their wire free solution to place in my back yard, my front porch, and home office to compliment this indoor camera. Overall - this is the best home camera I have ever used. Netgear hit this one out of the park!
